Don t forget to bring your height card in case someone asks for it. There will be not be a Measuring Official at this trial unless an AKC rep is present. Measurements will not be official -- it is only to make sure you are in the correct jump height for this weekend. All exhibitors who checked on the entry form that their dog needs to be measured must be measured before running (unless you re jumping 24 ). If you are entered in Novice or Open, you do not have to get there early to check-in. It will be open all day. We will do measurements before either Novice or Open. It is the exhibitor s responsibility to have their dog measured prior to running. Check-In ARMBANDS NOT REQUIRED Chapter 1, Section 19 of the Regulations for Agility Trials has been amended to eliminate the mandatory use of identifying stickers/armbands worn by agility exhibitors. The Club is not requiring armband stickers. Traditional check-in is not necessary. Please check in at the gate on the gate sheet prior to your class. Concessions. Will be available during the trial. Breakfast and lunch will be served at the concession stand on the concourse level. Sorry, outside food is not allowed. The first 10 people to find Jenn Phoenix around noon each day get a special raffle ticket. Running Orders and Course Maps Each judge will supply course maps. Please take ONE copy so we will have sufficient copies for every exhibitor. Running orders will be posted on the concourse level and at the gate. Please check either of these places to determine where you are located in the running order. Arrival/Setup Runs will start no earlier than 8:00 am. You may begin setting up at 6:30 am all three days. We will start unloading the trailer at 6:00 am Friday morning. If anyone would like to help, it would be greatly appreciated.
