Ring Info: This trial is limited to 500 runs, with no more than 350 runs with jumps. 2 Rings (Alternating) Outdoors on Grass Howdy Folks! Thank you for thinking about entering our trial. We usually get the same questions for these trials so we will try to answer them as best we can. These trials are fund-raising events where the money earned goes towards awards and holding our championship event each year. We also use these trials as a training opportunity for our new judges, so you may see multiple judges out there, and they may switch in and out and also run their dogs. Day of show entries are welcome. If you have never done NADAC before, we are offering a welcome to the venue deal where you can enter all classes each day for $20 per day. It is only valid for your first time at a NADAC trial as the handler, new dogs under a handler who has done NADAC before are not eligible. We do also require help to run these trials smoothly. So if you are entered in Open we would ask that once your dogs are taken care of and you have no other obligations to come over and help out. If you have never worked a trial before that is not a problem. All the jobs are pretty simple and we offer on the job training Worker info: Worker sign ups will be available at the trial. Workers receive $1 for every round worked. Lunch Info: Lunch is provided on Saturday and Sunday. No charge for lunch, donations are always accepted.

Preliminary run order for this trial, subject to change is: Friday: Jumpers ( 1 Round ) Chances ( 1 Round ) Tunnelers ( 2 Rounds ) Regular ( 2 Rounds ) Saturday: Touch n Go ( 2 Rounds ) Hoopers ( 1 Round ) Chances ( 2 Rounds ) Barrelers (1 Round ) Regular ( 2 Rounds ) Sunday: Regular ( 2 Rounds ) Weavers ( 2 Rounds ) Jumpers ( 2 Rounds ) We may change this depending on weather, judges preference, time or number of entries

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS Dogs must be registered with a valid registration number before entries will be accepted. Skilled and Proficient Categories will be combined for placements. No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reasons of riots, civil disturbances, fire, acts of God, public emergency, an act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. In the event of a weather cancellation of classes, there will be no refunds.you will receive a credit for any other FUN-raiser trial. If you choose to go home early, then you do not receive a credit for those classes missed. Checks not honored by the bank do not constitute a valid entry fee. There is a $35.00 service charge for bank returned checks. A copy of the Exhibitors Handbook may be downloaded free from the NADAC web site: www.nadac.com THE MANAGEMENT will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any dog exhibited, or for the possessions of any exhibitor whether the result was by accident or any other cause. It is distinctly understood that every dog at this event is in the care and custody and control of his owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Show Committee be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of fees paid will be made. Non-Jumping classes Veteran Handler: Disabled handlers or handlers aged 60 yrs. or older may opt to enter the non-jumping classes as a Veteran Handler and receive additional standard course time. This division is for handlers only. The additional SCT is for qualifying purposes only for those who may need the additional time to negotiation the course due to physical limitations. When entering as a Veteran/Disabled Handler, you must enter all classes and all dogs in this division for the weekend. As of January-2014: Dogs must enter the Veterans Dog Division in all jumping classes after their 9th birthday. After their 12th birthday, dogs must enter the Skilled Category, Veterans Division for jumping classes and Skilled Category for non-jumping classes. This is a Containerized Trial FOOD/TOYS IN POCKET: Food or a small noiseless toy may be carried into the ring in your pocket provided it is contained in a Ziploc bag or small container such as a pill bottle. The container cannot be visible in the ring nor within 10 feet of the ring. You cannot indicate to your dog that you have this item on you i.e. patting your pocket. You are not allowed to remove the container until you are at least 10 feet outside the ring. All food and toys must be contained at the trial and none can be left lying about loose. This policy has been implemented to reduce the possibility of dogs fighting over loose food or toys, diminish dogs dragging their handlers back to their crates (or wherever they left their food), and to lessen the amount of insects that are around loose food.

IMPORTANT. Please check your dog's NADAC registration number on your trial confirmation as soon as you receive it; also, please check the copy of the results posted at the trial. You should report any errors to the Trial Secretary immediately. NADAC records trial results as they are submitted by the host clubs/groups. The individual trial results submitted by the club are uploaded to the www.nadacforum.com within two weeks after the NADAC office receives them from the club. Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check that your registration number and qualifying points, as reported by the club, are correct. You can join the Forum by going to www.nadacforum.com and submitting your request. Your dog s points can be found in the Members Section. If you find an error in the reporting of your dog s qualifying points or registration number, please contact the host club. The host club is responsible for correcting any errors and informing NADAC. Levels: Dogs may not enter at a level higher than what they have completed previously. A dog which has not competed in NADAC previously MUST enter at the Intro or Novice level. Points combining: In NADAC competitions, all points combine for titles and awards, regardless of category (Skilled or Proficient) or division (Junior Handler, Veteran Handler, Vet Dog, Standard). Daily Fees and Package Rates: All Runs are a flat $10 per run Junior Handlers = $10.00 per dog/per day DAY OF SHOW ENTRIES: We will accept day of show entries provided the trial has not filled. The day of show entry fee is $12.00 a run with no package deals. Please bring a completed/signed entry form with you to the trial. Added Runs: If you enter prior to the day of the show, even just one run, then any added runs for the weekend will be only $10.00.
