Nutmeg Fall Show Awards Awards will be given in both Show A & Show B Best in Show Open & Youth Rabbit and Open Cavy Best Reserve in Show Open & Youth Rabbit and Open Cavy Best of Breed and Best Opposite Sex of Breed for all Sanctioned Breeds Just For Fun Awards Pet Class For Exhibitors through the age of 18, $1.00 per entry. Rabbits will be judged based on characteristics of a good PET not the Standard of Perfection. If not tattooed a coop # will be provided. The American Hopping Association for Rabbits and Cavies is the ARBA s newest specialty club. See what it s all about. If you have your own hopper you may have a chance to give the course a try. ***Writers Needed*** Each year we count on volunteers to help with the writing at the judges tables. As a token of our appreciation, you will receive a special ticket for EACH breed you write for. Simply write your name on the ticket, drop your ticket into the writer s raffle and you may be a winner!

SHOW RULES 1. This show will be governed by the latest Show Rules and Standards of Perfection of the American Rabbit Breeders Association. Your entry indicates the acceptance of these rules and any other rule set by this club. 2. All entries must be mailed to the listed show secretary and postmarked no later than Monday, September 14, 2015. Mail early to ensure entry is received on time. NO PHONE ENTRIES OR EMAIL ENTRIES! 3. NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW NO REFUNDS ON SCRATCHED or CANCELLED ENTRIES. ENTRY FEE MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRY FORM. Any entry accompanied by a check that is returned NSF will be charged a $25.00 handling fee and no points, legs, paybacks or specials will be awarded until all fees are paid. Fees must be paid within 10 days of notice. 4. This is a carry case show. All breeders are responsible for getting their entries to the judging tables on time. 5. All Youth exhibitors must carry their own rabbit to the show table or be assisted by another youth. NO ADULT may place on or remove a youth animal from the show table. 6. Substitutions: Per ARBA show rules these are ear numbers only and must be done before judging starts. Absolutely NO CHANGES in sex, variety, or class unless to correct a secretarial error (as proven by your entry copy). Changes MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO THE SHOW STARTING NOT AT THE TABLE! 7. Check in time is from 7:00 to 8:30 A.M. Judging will start at 9:00 A.M. The showroom will open at 7:00 A.M. Breakfast and lunch will be served. 8. All rabbits are to be permanently tattooed in the left ear and it must legible as per ARBA rules, with BLACK ink. We will NOT be using coop numbers. The club is not responsible for loss by theft, fire, or any other cause. All precautions will be taken to prevent loss. 9. The Nutmeg Rabbit Breeders Association is only responsible for awards and premiums that it offers. Late specials will be posted in the show room. 10. All money premiums and specials will be mailed. Non-money awards must be picked up the day of the show. 11. Vendors are requested to make a donation to the club s raffle. 12. The club reserves the right to add or substitute Judges as necessary. Judges are assigned breeds according to the amount of animals entered before the show. Your entry denotes acceptance of assigned judge, DO NOT ask for a breed to be reassigned on the day of the show. 13. There will be no breeding allowed in the showroom, No alcoholic beverages allowed on the premises, no pets please (cats, dogs, etc.), and No Smoking in the buildings outdoors and put butts in butt cans! 14.
