ATTENTION EXHIBITORS A Recording Fee and Event Fee will be required for each dog entered at any licensed or member club show. These fees are to be collected by the show-giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the Fees are to be collected on the first entry. Telegraph, Telephone, and unsigned entries cannot be accepted. Entries not on official AKC Entry Forms, and photocopies of Entry Forms without agreement and rules on the reverse side of the official AKC Entry Forms are not acceptable. Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the club nor the show secretary are responsible or obligated to furnish any services for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings. No entry fees will be refunded in the event of errors or cancellation of entries after entries close nor in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a veterinarian or a judge or barred from competition by action of the show committee.
