Maryborough Hervey Bay Poultry Club Rules 1. Only written nominations will be accepted, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Secretary. Entry Fees must accompany nominations. 2. The club has the right to refuse entries without explanation. 3. The club has the right to bring in or replace other Judges if necessary. 4. All Juniors must be under the age of 16 years and pen their own birds to be eligible for the Junior Section. 5. Birds only to be removed after the trophy presentation. 6. Waterfowl will not be eligible for Grand Champion Fowl In Show. 7. All birds to be judged in accordance with the Standards as set down in The Australian Book Of Poultry Standards 2 or by standards as set out by other specialist clubs. 8. No alcohol to be consumed in the Pavilion. 9. Entries must be paid for before penning whether in attendance or not. 10. The executive of the Club has final say in any dispute which may arise. 11. Entries in AOV classes must state which BREED, if there are 6 or more of one breed in AOV class then a separate class may be made. 12. Entries is AOC classes must state COLOUR 13. All birds must be free of disease/vermin or entry will be refused. 14. All birds must be penned by advertised times or they may be refused entry. 15. Extra trophies may be presented on the day. DUE TO RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING HEALTH CONCERNS, EXHIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO SUPPLY THEIR OWN WATER CONTAINERS FOR THEIR POULTRY
