Littering Demographics Since the 1990 s there has been a trend away from deliberate littering with littering as a whole dropping by about 2% a year Individuals aged 19 and younger highest littering demographic Adults 21 35 are three times more likely to litter than those over the age of 50 and two times more likely to litter than those aged 35 49 4
