Entry form must be accompanies by fees and forward to the address above 2. Final entries close Friday 30 June 2017, however if pens fill early, no other entries can be accepted. 3. Entrants are not entitled to free admission to show 4. Entry fee is $1.00 per entry 5. Junior entry fee is $0.50 cents 6. Birds must be penned by 8:45am on the morning of the show. Judging commences 9am sharp. 7. The judge s decision will be final. Owners name will not appear on cages, except on award cards. 8. The judge reserves the right not to award a prize if in his opinion the exhibit is not worthy of a prize 9. The chief steward is empowered to place an entry in its correct class if it is wrongly entered 10. No birds are to be removed from the poultry pavilion without the consent of the chief steward before 3pm Sunday 11. All care must be taken by stewards for the safety of the birds, however stewards will not take responsibility for theft, death or any other cause 12. No sick, diseased or parasite infected birds will be accepted into the show 13. First prize $2, second prize $1 will be awarded if there are three or more birds in a class. If less than three, only first will be awarded.
