ATTENTION EXHIBITORS SHOW SITE The Event Center will be available to exhibitors on Friday, April 6, 2018 from 3:00pm to 9:00pm; 6:00am to 10:00pm Saturday, April 7, 2018 through Friday, April 13, 2018. The Event Center will open at 6:00am on Saturday, April 14, 2018 and All exhibitors are asked to remove all dogs and items from the building immediately upon completion of BOB judging on Saturday, April 14, 2018. There are NO night time security personnel on site. NO DOGS will be allowed to remain in the building overnight. CRATING & GROOMING: Grooming and crating in designated areas only. Bathing of dogs limited to bathing area, located next to grooming area. No dogs allowed in bathrooms. NO Ex Pens allowed inside building at any time. NO CRATES MAY BE PLACED DIRECTLY ON THE FLOORING SURFACE IN THE GREAT HALL. THERE MUST BE PLASTIC OR A RUG UNDER THE CRATE. ALL GROOMING TABLES MUST HAVE RUBBER OF PLASTIC CAPS ON THE END OF THE LEGS OF THE TABLE. No cones are allowed inside building. RV parking in the upper lot of the Events Center will be available 3:00 PM on Thursday, April 5, 2018. All RV and Day parking vehicles must vacate the RV Parking area by 9:00 AM on Sunday, April 15, 2018. Lower RV lot is available 3:00 PM on Thursday, April 5, 2018. All exhibitors MUST abide by the 15-minute unloading/loading parking time limit designated around the Event Center. NO day parking on Level A, B, C or D - RV parking lot. All food and beverages must be purchased through the on site food concession. Purina prohibits exhibitors bringing their own food or beverages into the Event Center. The Checkerboard Café is located close to both the Great Hall and Gateway Hall and offers a wide selection of food including daily specials and comfortable seating for 60 people. Violators will be reported to the AKC. ACCESS The front Purina Farms entrance/exit gate is manned daily by a security guard from 6a.m. 6p.m. to allow access to the property. Gates may be closed outside of these hours, but access to and from the property is still possible by pushing a call button at the gate or calling security at 636 221 1428 or 314 982 2217. The exit gate automatically opens to allow guests to leave. PARKING: Exhibitor and visitor parking will be located on blacktop parking lots in front of the Purina Event Center. Vehicles are limited to one parking space. No Ex Pens or Crates allowed on blacktop, but are allowed on grass areas. No cones allowed in parking areas. All vehicles must leave their headlights on while unloading. NO VEHICLES MAY BE PARKED NEXT TO BUILDING OR IN ANY ROADWAY. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER S EXPENSE. Overnight RV parking is by reservation only. Violators will be asked to move or be towed at owner s expense. Refer to information in the RV Parking Reservation Form. Handicapped parking is available in areas marked. All dogs must be on leash at Purina Farms at all times (except when crated or as required to be judged). Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian s recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. Rabies Vaccination Certificate Missouri requires you to have proof of current rabies vaccination with you. Tags are not accepted.
