CKCSC 60 th Anniversary National Speciality Show 10/15/2016, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Rob Dix, Beewye Cavaliers, UK It was a great honour to be asked to Judge this show. Thank you all for bringing such a high quality entry for me to judge and for accepting my decisions in a sporting manner. There were several classes where there were really close decisions and places may well have been different on another day. I would like to thank you for the hospitality shown to both Chris and myself. We enjoyed our whole weekend with you all. JUNIOR PUPPY DOG (4) 1. Blueday Hullabaloo (Gross) 8 Month old Ruby Boy. I loved this boy from the moment he looked up at me with those beautiful dark brown eyes. On the move he showed how he could use his well turned stifles to drive around the ring. 2. Orchardhill Shirmont Back Story (Venier) Blenheim. Just 6 months old he has a really good outline, level back with good tail set. He has good bone structure. One for the future. 3. Carlen Ordinary Miracles (Close) Tricolour 7 months old. Just beginning to mature. He had flowing movement as he went round the ring with a correctly set tail. 4. Clarmarian Heir Apparent (Young May) 7 Months old, this Blenheim boy needs to mature in head. Then I am sure he will do well. SENIOR PUPPY DOG (5) 1. Crossbow Greyhawk Daniel A Kickapoo Of Zooks (Kubin/Schiffman) This 10 Months old Blenheim boy has excellent movement with a very good tail set. He has a long enough back to allow him to move with drive, which he did to good effect. He has enough cushioning under his rich brown eyes to give a soft expression. BEST PUPPY DOG, BEST SENIOR PUPPY in SHOW 2. Chadwick Shooting Upwards (Eckersley) 11 month old Blenheim with good bone for his age. He has beautiful round, dark eyes and good pigment. He has well sprung ribs and a deep chest. 3. Truluv Prince Charming (Nikaci) Blenheim almost a year old. This boy looked like he was enjoying himself. He has a nice arched neck sloping down to his shoulders. I would prefer a softer expression. 4. Truluv Toughen Up (Nikaci) Tricolour boy 10 months old, good overall shape with clear markings on pearly white ground. He was wagging happily throughout the class. GRADUATE PUPPY DOG (3) 1. Brookhaven The Dream Lives On at Finnickyskye (Utych) Blenheim 16 months. I loved his soft expression with dark eyes, great pigmentation and that lovely cushioning under his eyes. He is compact in the body and has good bone. His tail is well set on, but it needs to be watched when on the move. 2. Angel s Pride Zakkary (Engel) Blenheim 15 months old. This elegant boy is slightly longer in back and is therefore able to move smartly around the ring with lots of drive. He has an incredibly black nose pigment, but I would prefer a softer expression. 3. Truluv Ben Marcato (Hayes/Nikaci) This handsome Blenheim boy is 17 Months old. He wasn t moving today as well as I know he can.

NOVICE DOG (1) Darane I Drove All Night (Longobardi) 1. Rich Ruby red boy whose coat gleamed under the ballroom lighting. He moved happily and confidently around the ring. He has a level topline and well turned stifles. I would prefer more cushioning under his eyes. BRED BY EXHIBITOR DOG (8) 1. Ch Brookhaven Here Comes Hogan, JW (Ayers/Martz) This was a really hot class won by this beautiful Blenheim boy. He has an outstanding head, with large dark eyes, softest expression, long ears set on the top of his head. He presents a perfect outline on the move and is presented to perfection. BEST BRED by EXHIBITOR DOG 2. Ch Valentyne The Irish Tenor, JW (O Brien) Another Blenheim. Very close decision with the winner. He has gorgeous head, which is set onto a fairly long, arched neck. Well sprung ribs and a deep chest, he has well turned stifles and moves like a dream. 3. Ch Jadestone Legend Has It, JW (Peek) He is another super Blenheim boy with a lovely head and the softest expression. He was quite eye-catching moving around the ring. He has lots of coat to finish the picture. 4. Ch Foxcreek Hear Me Roar, JW (Johnson) All four could have been winners and this Blenheim boy is particularly good-looking. He is what I regard as a typical Cavalier. His coat has a slight wave as allowed in the Breed Standard. JUNIOR AMERICAN BRED DOG (3) 1. Rutherford Olivier (de Haas/Jones) This Blenheim boy won on overall shape and well balanced movement. He has a nicely arched neck leading to well laid shoulders, a level top line and an excellent turn of stifle. 2. Chadwick Jet Setter At Hudsonview, JW (Glynn) Another Blenheim who is a lovely size and is stylish standing and on the move. I liked his neck and shoulder placement, but would like to see more drive from behind. 3. Orchardhill Toy Money (Johns/Venier) Blenheim, very sound dog. He moved around the ring at great speed. When standing, he was wagging happily. He needs to mature before he fulfils his potential. AMERICAN BRED DOG (5) 1. Bekenhall Shirmont He s The Ticket (Henry) A super Blenheim boy, he is so well balanced and presents a stunning picture. He has an elegant reach of neck and well laid shoulders, strong stifles, so he moves with lots of drive and a perfectly carried tail. 2. Almeara Extra Extraordinary, JW (Whitmire) He is a compact Blenheim with well turned stifles enabling strong rear movement going round the ring. He has a nice broad head with large dark eyes and ears set high on his head, and a nice broad muzzle giving a soft expression. 3. Tassajara Stoli (Meager) This Blenheim boy is a lovely size. He has an appealing look and was wagging happily. He moved round the ring with vigour. 4. Stellar Romancing The Stone At Tycwn (Knauss/Rose) He is a Tricolour boy who is well up to size. His Jet Black and Pearly White markings showed up well in the ballroom light. He has a magnificent Tricolour head.

SECOND GENERATION AMERICAN BRED DOG (2) 1. Foxwyn Woodbury Rise And Shine Of Ceilimor (McCarty/Redniss) He is a really stylish Blenheim boy. He moved smartly around the ring, but needs to keep his tail down. He has a good head with dark eyes and good nose pigment. Seemed to enjoy his outing. 2. Oggbrae Don Ottavio (Bales) I loved this Blenheim boy s character that he showed when moving powerfully around the ring. He has good bone and is well constructed. HEALTH AND CONFORMATION DOG (3) 1. Ch Chadwick Scotch On The Rocks At Hudsonview, JW (Glynn) A 7 ½ year old Blenheim boy who is in such good condition. He has lost some of his teeth, but has lovely long ears and a loving appearance. He moved well around the ring and looked as if he could go on forever. 2. Ch Darane Smooth Criminal At Nightingale (Kates) At almost 7 years old, this handsome Black-and-Tan boy was moving round the ring with drive. He has large dark eyes and the soft expression so important in a. He is an ideal size Black-and-Tan, has a straight coat and was enjoying every moment. 3. Charteroak Claude Monet (Obadowski) Black-and-Tan boy almost 7 years old. He is slightly larger than I prefer, but nevertheless he is very sound. He moved round the ring as if he owned it. He has melting eyes that really appealed to me. SPECIAL LIMIT BLENHEIM DOG (12) 1. Bonitos Companeros Vahir (Lemon) My notes on this Blenheim boy say A complete dog. He is so well balanced and moves like a dream, which is what I would expect from such good construction. He has a well tapered muzzle, shallow stop, beautiful large dark eyes and his ears are set wide apart on the top of his head. His arched neck gives him that proud look and is set on well laid shoulders. He is compact with a perfectly level top line and excellent turn of stifle. I was pleased to award him BEST IN SHOW, WINNERS DOG, BEST BLENHEIM IN SHOW. 2. Foxwyn Cool Water (Norton/Baker-Fox) Handsome Blenheim boy with a strong head and beautiful ears, large deep brown eyes set wide apart, and a nice gentle stop leading to a good black nose. His square muzzle with good cushioning under the eyes completes the picture. On the move, he impressed and when he came into the challenge he stood foursquare and could not be denied an AWARD OF MERIT. 3. Dreamvale Follow All My Moves (Perini/Sage) I thought this was a nice Blenheim boy with a handsome head and with good construction. He moved happily, but needs to watch his tail! 4. Blueday Mr Wonderful (Gross) This Blenheim boy is a good all-round dog. He is well balanced, moves in a straight line both front and rear and stands foursquare. He just lacks that little bit of glamour. SPECIAL LIMIT TRICOLOUR DOG (1) 1. Rosehill Recalculating (MacMullin/Sage/Warshaw) I loved this handsome Tricolour head. Long ears set wide apart on the top of his head, large round dark eyes, well cushioned, tapered muzzle and a level mouth give a super expression. He needs to watch his tail when on the move. BEST TRICOLOUR DOG

SPECIAL LIMIT RUBY DOG (3) 1. Kabaret Million (Meager/Wise) He is a special ruby boy, lovely size, and superb outline when standing and on the move. I loved his overall construction, his well arched neck and well laid back shoulders, and his level top line leading to well turned stifles. I really enjoyed watching him move. He is very handsome. Nice Broad muzzle, large dark brown eyes and high set ears giving him a nearly perfect head. AWARD OF MERIT, BEST AMERICAN BRED in SHOW, BEST RUBY in SHOW, BEST RUBY DOG 2. Kolaci Magic Cinnamon Spice (Legerretta/Gray) This boy seemed please to see me and gave me a big kiss! This did not influence me, as there was no need. He is very handsome with a broad head and nice dark eyes and a wonderful expression. He moved true both front and rear. 3. Kellene The Blacklist (Carter) He has a magnificent head that I adored. Lovely long ears set on the top of his head and large round dark eyes. He was not moving as well as I would like today. OPEN DOG (7) 1. Ch Miletree Josua At Shirmont (Henry) I judged this beautiful Blenheim boy in 2014 and what I said then still applies. He has matured since then, but it is still his long neck, well laid back shoulders and his overall shape along with his presence in the ring that makes him stand out. I love his excellent conformation both front and rear that he shows so well on the move with his perfectly tail set. His head leaves nothing to be desired, jet black nose, large dark brown eyes with cushioning and beautiful long ears. A silky coat that is prepared to perfection completes the picture. RESERVE BEST in SHOW, RESERVE WINNERS DOG 2. Clopsville Meridan (Rychlik) This is another excellent Blenheim in a very good class. He moves with drive and style, and I enjoyed watching him go round the ring. He has a beautiful head with that soft appearance, when there is correct cushioning beneath beautiful large, dark eyes. He was enjoying himself in the ring today. 3. Ch You re My Sunshine Vom Kaninchengarten, JW (Hansen) Another nice Blenheim dog in this really strong class. He is the correct size, short coupled, with a level top line and well turned stifles. Lots of coat, he looked good on the move. 4. Ch & Eng Ch Brookhaven Believe It Or Not (Ayers/Martz) A Blenheim boy with a beautiful head with large dark eyes, black nose and gorgeous eyes. He is short coupled with a good rear end and is happy on the move. Slightly out of coat. Ch Turretbank Magic Spell (Green/Sloan) BEST BLACK-and-TAN DOG SENIOR OPEN DOG (2) 1. Stellar Fireball (Knauss/Gregg) 11 ¾ years old Ruby Boy who has a lovely head, good body with well turned stifles and can still move with the best of them. I loved him! 2. Wildroses Keuka Oh Riley (Sutherland) 12 ½ old Blenheim boy with lots of coat. He still has good pigment and clear eyes. He moved well around the ring and certainly appeared to enjoy himself. JUNIOR PUPPY BITCH (13) 1. Brookhaven Temptation (Ayers/Martz)

She is a really sweet Blenheim puppy, 8 months old. I loved everything about her. The shape of her muzzle, her jet black nose and her gorgeous eyes. She has good reach of neck and well laid back shoulders. Short coupled with a level back and well turned stifles. No wonder she looked so good on the move. BEST PUPPY IN SHOW, BEST PUPPY BITCH, BEST JUNIOR PUPPY in SHOW 2. Chadwick Oh La La (Eckersley) 7 Month old Blenheim who is very sound and has a good tail set. She has very pretty head with large eyes that are set into a well cushioned muzzle, with a shallow stop and well set ears. She looked a picture both standing and when on the move. 3. Jemanda Autumnhill Copper Penny (Weinstein/Parente) A Ruby girl who was 9 Months the next day! I loved her all over. She has the sweetest expression, and has good overall construction. Her tail is well set, but she insists on carrying it too high on the move. I would have loved to take her home. 4. Rutherford Ulalee (Jones) At just 6 months this baby Blenheim girl has lots of growing to do. She is a nice overall body shape and is well constructed. I think this is one for the future. SENIOR PUPPY BITCH (6) 1. Windnsea Dancing Queen (Peterson) Blenheim girl, 11 months old. She is certainly well constructed throughout and looked very elegant on the move. She has an outstanding reach of neck and well laid back shoulders. Also, she is a very pretty young bitch with lovely cushioning under her dark brown eyes, giving that wonderful Cavalier look. 2. Chantismere Carrieanna (Tibbetts) Almost a year old, this Blenheim girl impressed on the table. I appreciated her beautiful soft, feminine expression. On the move she moved accurately both coming and going and when trotting around the ring. It was a close decision with the winner. 3. Gracelyn Dream Weaver (Gregory) A well balanced 10 month old Blenheim who moved well. She has a great rear end and moved well coming and going. I liked her silky coat and her happy temperament. 4. Delsol Love In An Elevator (McHenry) Another Blenheim girl 10 months old. This one has a pretty face and a particularly nice coat. I just wish she would keep her tail down on the move. GRADUATE PUPPY BITCH (4) 1. Tudorr La Dolce Angela (Mixon/Cline) She is a Blenheim Bitch of 16 months, who is very pretty and completely sound. Her markings are well broken, rich chestnut and pearly white. I loved her head, which is very feminine. She has a level top line and well turned stifles. I enjoyed watching her move. 2. Bonitos Companeros Josephine Of Welmforth (Lasser) This Blenheim girl who is just over a year old is so elegant. She has a long arched neck molding into her well laid shoulders. Her tail is carried as an extension to her spine. Just as it should be. 3. Kissabella Bianca (Bronowicka/Carter) A 17 month old Blenheim girl who has a super head with large dark eyes, and jet black nose. She is a good overall shape and has an excellent spring of rib. She needs to watch her tail on the move. 4. Chadwick Hpnotiq (Eckersley) Another Blenheim girl, this one was 14 months. It took me a while to work out how to pronounce her name. She is a real fun dog, showing exactly the temperament that a Cavalier should have. She needs a good deal of ring training if she is to do better in the show ring.

NOVICE BITCH (5) 1. Clopsville Willow (Mandeville/Rychlik) Very pretty Blenheim Bitch with a really nice coat. She is well balanced, has good bone and has a lovely tail which she carries perfectly. She looked up at me with dark brown melting eyes that I found irresistible. She will not be a Novice for very much longer. 2. Bluegarden Aussie Girl Of Chadwick (Eckersley) I loved the way this Blenheim girl stood foursquare and showed. Her tail never stopped wagging, standing or on the move. Just 15 months old, she does need to settle when she is moving, but when she did, she moved with style. 3. Treygens Simply The Best (Thorpe) I just loved this Tricolour girl s head. Her large dark eyes and her black nose looked wonderful with clean cut markings, exactly as it says in the standard. She is rather heavily marked, but that is only cosmetic. She was a little close behind. 4. Chantismere Catarina (Tibbetts) This is a sweet Blenheim girl. She has lovely dark brown eyes, but I would prefer a broader muzzle. She is slightly longer in the back, but this allows her to move with drive. BRED BY EXHIBITOR BITCH (6) 1. Ch Autumnhill Desire Me, JW (Parente) I have judged this Ruby girl before and I have not changed my mind about her. She is so elegant with her arched neck and well laid shoulders, and level top line, with her tail flowing behind her. She is so feminine with her lovely black nose, well tapered muzzle and sparkling brown eyes. All round a superb example of the breed. RESERVE WINNERS BITCH, BEST BRED by EXHIBITOR from the BRED by EXHIBITOR CLASSES, BEST RUBY in SHOW, BEST RUBY BITCH 2. Orchardhill Plum Pretty (Venier) Another I have judged before who has not disappointed. She is a top quality Blenheim girl with outstanding construction. I loved her brilliant top line, reach of neck, and wonderful shoulder placement. She has a very pretty head with jet black nose and the softest expression. 3. Ch Darane Stardust (Kates) A Ruby girl just 2 years old and the richest Ruby colouring. She is a nice size and is particularly pretty. I loved her overall construction which she showed on the move and the way she showed her true Cavalier temperament. 4. Ch Bluegarden Exclusive, JW (Matos/Glynn) This Blenheim girl was 4 th in an extremely good class. She is really well made and has an appealing face. When standing she shows herself off to good advantage. JUNIOR AMERICAN BRED BITCH (4) 1. Chadwick Sentimental Journey, JW (Eckersley) This Blenheim girl has a lovely profile. She is well boned with good quality neck and shoulders. She moves with drive from her well proportioned rear quarters. She has a pretty face with lovely round dark eyes and cushioning to give her the essential soft expression. 2. Veribas Wild Thing Heart Sing Joliet (Mitchum/Cusick) She is a compact Blenheim girl with excellent pigment and large dark brown eyes. She moved sharply around the ring, but when standing lacked quite the sparkle of the winner. 3. Piccadil Goddess Of Brightness And Radiance (Comer/Greak) A Blenheim girl whom I felt was somewhat deficient in coat, which meant she was lacking in that little bit of glamour. I found her a little plain in the head. 4. Chewcreek Devil May Care (DePhillip) A Black-and-Tan girl with the prettiest head. I loved the way she looked up with the melting look that is the best asset of all Cavaliers. Her shining black coat shone in the ballroom lighting

AMERICAN BRED BITCH (6) 1. Valentyne Pillow Talk (O Brien) This Blenheim girl is certainly well made. When standing, she could be an ideal picture for demonstrating a Cavalier s construction. She has a broad head with nice soft cushioning beneath large dark brown eyes. She was wagging happily all the time she was in the ring. 2. Howlinwinds My Fair Lady (Curtiss) Nice sound Blenheim girl, although a little on the large side. She has a well sprung rib cage, is short coupled and moved with drive. 3. Sevenwoods French Treasure (Shidler/Baird) A Tricolour girl who moved confidently around the ring. She has a very appealing face. Her coat is of nice texture, but needs some length. 4. Sherah Oops A Daisy (Crommett) Quite a pretty lightly marked Blenheim girl with good pigment and large dark eyes. She did not make the best of herself in the ring. SECOND GENERATION AMERICAN BRED BITCH (4) 1. Rutherford Pippa, JW (Jones) A Blenheim bitch that is an ideal size. She is well constructed throughout with a wonderful long, arched neck and well laid back shoulders. Well turned stifles allow her to move with drive. She is very feminine in the head with a melting expression. 2. Clarmarian Ooh La La (McFarland/Young May) More heavily marked Blenheim girl with a coat that has a nice silky texture. She was full of fun, but when she settled down I was able to see that she has a super bone structure. 3. Huntlee Mayla At Hollytree (Seymour) Another Blenheim girl, this time lighter type in body and bone. I liked her shape when standing, but I would prefer a softer expression. 4. Sherah Dark But Delicious (Crommett) A Black-and-Tan girl who still needs to mature. She has an appealing face with a good muzzle and large eyes, but needs more strength in the rear. HEALTH AND CONFORMATION BITCH (1) 1. Clopsville Santa Ana (Rychlik) This 6 year old Blenheim Bitch has a super head, black nose, good stop, well cushioned large eyes and well set ears to complete the picture. She strode round the ring as if she owned it, and showed confidently on the table and on the floor SPECIAL LIMIT BLENHEIM BITCH (7) 1. Hiddencreek Butterscotch Schnapps (Parente/Green) She has the gentlest face with a well tapered muzzle, blackest nose, and large eyes that are perfectly cushioned. Her long neck and her nicely sloping shoulders give her a look that is so pleasing to the eye. When she went round the ring, she maintained her top line and her tail carriage. 2. Piaffe In The Tulips (Rychlik) Another pretty head with first class pigment. I loved her face. She is short coupled and has a super rib cage, well sprung and quite deep. She maintained her level top line and tail set when on the move. 3. Backfire I Approved This Message (Weidig/Kennedy)

This bitch is clearly her daddy s girl and what a character. Her pretty face is topped by ears set high on the top of her head that frame her face perfectly. She was one of only a few who had the desired Blenheim Spot. 4. Dreamvale Follow Fashion, JW (Sage/Colbert) She is very balanced and has parallel movement both front and rear. She stood level on all four feet and wagged attractively. SPECIAL LIMIT TRICOLOUR BITCH (1) Bombay C Trilexa (James) 1. This was a very happy girl who moved around the ring with enthusiasm. She is slightly lacking in coat at the moment, but what is there is lovely texture. She needs to keep her tail down on the move. SPECIAL LIMIT RUBY BITCH (5) 1. Madryn Port Royal (Weeks) This Ruby girl is so elegant and has such a beautiful Rich Ruby Red. Facially she is very pretty with a wonderful expression, brought on by her well formed muzzle with a black nose, her well cushioned dark brown eyes and her long ears. On the move she has flowing movement that is only possible with good bone structure. 2. Padamere Love Potion (Miller) Slightly larger than the winner and not quite so feminine, but a super girl none the less. She looked good on the move and when standing. She has nice eyes and good pigment. 3. Infinidad Chocolate Box (Laliberte) What an appropriate name for a sweet Ruby bitch. She is well balanced throughout, and I just loved her beautiful face and the way she looked up at me. 4. Carlen Nutin But Trouble Fergie (Close) I cannot imagine this one could be trouble! She is a good genuine bitch. Solid all the way through, good pigment, sound movement, and a pretty enough face. She just lacked glamour. SPECIAL LIMIT BLACK-AND-TAN BITCH (4) 1. Iloo Dite Ilan Du Jardin De Claire Of Sumara, JW (Gentil) Her beautiful head reminded me of why I love Black-and-Tans so much. Such a soft appealing expression from her broad muzzle to the top of her almost perfect ears. She has a super body with a good spring of rib, short coupled and with good angulation front and rear. When standing, her showmanship challenged me not to give her the prize. BEST BLACKand-TAN in SHOW, BEST BLACK-and-TAN BITCH 2. Rosearbor Bijou (Eckersley) At just 16 months this girl shows good potential. She looks particularly good on the move with correct tail carriage, striding round the ring with confidence. Such a pretty face and so obviously happy to be there. 3. Autumnhill Hocus Pocus (Parente/Green) This Black-and-Tan girl is an ideal size. She is keen to please, so she shows off both when standing and on the move. She is well constructed so when settled, she moves well. My notes say Needs practice. 4. Darane True Colors (Kates) She has a sweet expression and lovely long ears. She strode out well, going round the ring. I would like a softer look. OPEN BITCH (10) 1. Ch Chadwick Leura, JW (Eckersley)

From the moment this beautiful Blenheim came into the ring, she caught my attention. She is a super size and has all the attributes required. Her very feminine head is a model to the standard, jet black nose on the end of a broad muzzle, large eyes that gleam and are set just right. Her gorgeous ears are high set and frame her face perfectly. Then when she moves you see the superb construction. A long, arched neck with well laid shoulders gives an elegant look. Level top line and well turned stifles allow her to move with drive completing the picture. Ch Carmas Penne Pasta At Crizwood (Moulton/Wornall) This girl is really nice although in a different way to the winner. She has the nose, eyes and expression that I love. Her ears are set wide apart and have extremely long silky feathering. On the move she is stylish, absolutely true front and rear and her tail is perfect. AWARD OF MERIT 3. Ch Kean La Ti Da, JW (Keane) This girl is somewhat smaller than those above her but she lacks nothing in quality. Her attractive face is framed perfectly by wonderful ears. Standing she was so obviously happy, and on the move her level top line and lovely angulation were a picture. 4. Ch Orchardhill Girl Talk (Venier) This Blenheim girl is another super cavalier with lots of quality. She has all the characteristics you would want. She showed an excellent outline on the move and she has a beautiful head. I would have liked to see more animation. Ch Linrica Just A Dream, JW (Hsiung/Liu) BEST TRICOLOUR IN SHOW, BEST TRICOLOUR BITCH SENIOR OPEN BITCH (4) 1. Ch Rosscrea Summertime (Flowers Foster/Mohn) Wow! Nearly 11 years old! This Blenheim girl moves like a dream. This is due to her overall construction with brilliant angulation both front and rear, wonderful neck and shoulders, perfect top line and super turn of her stifles. Her head is one to dream of. Sweetest expression, lovely large eyes and ears almost down to the ground. She could not be denied. AWARD OF MERIT 2. Ch Chadwick Laphroaig, JW (Eckersley) A Blenheim over 11 Years old and still going strong, she has loads of beautiful coat in beautiful condition. She was happily wagging and just asked to be placed. I just loved her beautiful face and soft expression. With her neck and shoulders, level top line and her rear end, it is not surprising she still moves true and with drive. 3. Ch Grandville Butterscotch Kiss Of Infinidad (Laliberte) This Ruby is only 8 years old, which is young in comparison to the above. She would not look out of place competing in the in the Open Class. Her movement is her strong point, going round with confidence and drive. She has a nice length of neck, but does not show it to best advantage. 4. Ch Chesham A Minute Of Your Time, JW (Taub/Eckersley) Blenheim girl just over 7 years. She obviously loves her Mum. With such a pretty face and good construction, it is no wonder that she is a champion. I loved her character and with lots of coat of good texture, she looked a picture. VETERAN DOG (6) 1. Ch Chadwick Scotch On The Rocks At Hudsonview, Jw (Glynn) He is a 7½ year old Blenheim dog. I enjoyed going over this boy on the table for the second time, he clearly enjoys showing off. I loved his broad masculine head, square and well tapered muzzle and gentle expression. He moves happily round the ring and is certainly still enjoying life to the full. BEST VETERAN IN SHOW

2. Ch Orchardhill Shirmont Back Talk, JW (Henry/Jones/Scott) 10 Year old Blenheim boy with beautiful ears. He definitely is not showing his age. He has an excellent rib cage, well sprung and a chest that is just the right depth. He has a level top line and still moves with drive. 3. Karvale Brookhaven Finn (Utych) I understand this Blenheim boy is also a Therapy dog, certainly his typical Cavalier temperament showed in the ring. He did seem to be carrying a little extra weight. 4. Ch Nightingale Heat Wave, JW (Mulligan) This 9 year old Blenheim boy is a nice size. He is short coupled and moved truly front and rear. He wagged happily all through the class. VETERAN BITCH (5) 1. Ch Chadwick Laphroaig JW (Eckersley) 2. Ch Miletree Joshua At Shirmont (Henry) I was so pleased to see that this boy, whom I loved so much, is passing on some of his best attributes to his offspring. They all had his overall conformation, his beautiful coat and exceptional ears. I hope there are lots more to come. BROOD BITCH I was sorry there were no entries as this is where you can see the breeding lines that you want to aspire to. BRACE (2) 1. Infinidad Chocolate Box & Ch Grandville Butterscotch Kiss Of Infinidad (Laliberte) I loved judging these two beautiful Ruby girls. They are both so well balanced it was not surprising they both went round the ring with confidence. I suspect they often walk together. 2. Chadwick Cheers At Hudsonview & Ch Chadwick Midnight Sun At Hudsonview (Glynn) A pair of Tricolours who matched each other every step of the way when going round the ring. They make a good pair.
