Substitutions will only be allowed in the same breed, class, variety and sex at check-in. Substitutions will be $2.00 This is a carrier cage show, but we do have a limited amount of cooping available for $4 per coop. You must mark your entry with the desired number of coops. Coops will be reserved on a first-come first-serve basis. APRC Scholarship Auction Information: All rabbits being offered for the auction must be entered in one of the Saturday shows and free of DQ s. Pedigree & Comment card must accompany all rabbits. All rabbits will be checked over before the sale. A full concession stand for breakfast and lunch will be offered. Joe and Alison have both worked in the food business and have been working on some excellent menu choices for you! Make sure to hop by and see what they have to offer! Also, if you have a special dietary need make sure to contact us so that we can accommodate you. Banquet Information: The National Polish Banquet will be held at the Steele County Fairground (same fairgrounds as the National Show) in the Community Center Building. Banquet tickets will be $16.00 per person and the caterer assures us that no one will go away hungry. If you have any special dietary needs let Jeannie Fisher know so she can make sure the caterer can better serve you. Come and play with us in Southern MN! We think you ll want to come back! Directions: If you are coming to Owatonna on I35, take exit #40 (HWY 14) to Rochester. Then take the 1 st exit off HWY 14 which is the CTY RD 45 exit. If you are coming to Owatonna on HWY 14 from the East, take the CTY Rd 45 exit. On either exit ramp turn right (go north) at the stop sign (Cedar St). Turn right at the stop light on 18 th St. The Fair Grounds is on your left. Turn into the Fair Grounds at 2 nd entrance (go past the race track). Show Rules: 1. This is an ARBA, and APRC sanctioned show and will be governed by the latest ARBA show rules. The filing of the entries indicates the acceptance of these rules. (Section 45-56 exhibitor rules of the ARBA) The Show Committee reserves the right to remove any person or persons causing any problem. 2. This is a pre-entry show/s. All entries must be postmarked no later than Friday April 10, 2015. Entry fee/s must accompany entry. Makes checks payable to RARC. 3. RARC or the owner, agent or management of the show facility, or any other related organization will not be responsible for the loss, damage, or injury to rabbits, exhibitors or exhibitor s property. Parents WILL be responsible for their children and their actions. 4. All rabbits must be permanently and legible marked in the left ear. 5. Upon arrival, exhibitors should report to the show secretary s desk to pick up their pre-entry forms to verify and/or correct their entries and to pay any monies due. 6. Substitutions will be allowed only in the same class, variety, and sex upon check in. No substitutions will be allowed at the judging table. 7. There will be a $50 return check fee 8. ARBA has defined youth as between the ages of 5-18. All youth rabbits must be entered and put on the tables by a youth. An adult cannot show in the youth classes at any time. The same rabbit may not be entered in both open and youth at the same show. 9. Exhibitors are responsible for getting their rabbits to and from the judging tables. 10. Any rabbit already entered under one owner s name and sold prior to the judging of its class must be judged as entered, or scratched from the class. 11. Judging begins at the stated time. This is a pre-entry show and all the entry fees need to be paid in advance of the judging. No refund will be made for scratches, no-shows or disqualifications. 12. RARC reserves the right to add and or substitute judges as needed. 13. RARC will furnish scales and these scales will be the official scales for judging all rabbits. 14. The Judge's decision is final. 15. The show superintendent reserves the right to make any changes he deems necessary to the make sure the show is run effectively. 16. Any Exhibitor showing indication or ownership of rabbit on the judging table, harassing, interfering with or attempting to influence the judges will be disqualified and all the fees and winnings will be forfeited. 17. No persons will be allowed behind the show tables except the judge and the official helpers. 18. Anyone wishing to sell rabbits may do so as long as they are exhibiting that day. No rabbits under the age of 6 weeks old will be allowed into the show barn. 19. Any rabbits showing signs of disease will be removed from the show site and entry fees will be forfeited. This includes signs of snuffles. 20. RARC reserves the right to refuse entries from all locations within 150 miles which has had a confirmed outbreak of RCD/RHD/VHD within 60 days of the entry deadline. 21. Only rabbits will be allowed in the show barn. No dogs (except those allowed by law) will be allowed in the show barn. No running, ball throwing, skates or skateboards will be allowed in the show barn. A 50%-50% Scholarship Auction will be held at Nationals All rabbits must be free of dq s & entered in one show over the weekend. A pedigree with one comment card must accompany auction rabbit.
