BUILDING HOURS & CRATING The facility will be open from 7 am to one hour after the trial has finished each day. Please crate in the designated areas in the room adjoining the rings. Exhibitors showing the following day may leave their crate & chair in the building. Do not leave dogs or valuables unattended or overnight. The main door for that area is next to the car repair shop. Please bring a mat to place under your crate to protect the rubber floor. The door farthest from the street (west end of the facility) will not be accessible during the show to keep distractions to a minimum. Neither club nor facility responsible for lost or stolen items. OBEDIENCE & RALLY TRIAL TRANSFERS Transfers/move-ups will be allowed at this trial. The following criteria apply: *You may move from an obedience class to an obedience class (i.e.: Open B to Utility B or Preferred Novice) or from a rally class to a rally class. You may move from an A to a B class at the same level (i.e.: Novice A to Novice B). The class must be offered at this trial and the judge must not have already reached his/her limit. *The request for a transfer/move-up must be in writing and presented to the superintendent or trial secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the trial day at 9 am. You may also email your request to Theresa@K9EventsNW.com until 5 pm August 27, 2018. *You also have until 30 minutes prior to the start of the trial day at 8 am to submit any corrections regarding incorrect entry level if the request is in writing and accompanied by your AKC notification letter. REFUNDS For cancellations due to judge change or cancellations made prior to entries closing a requested refund will be mailed by the Club to said Exhibitor or Agent AFTER THE SHOW. An administrative fee of $5.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of entries for bitches that come into season if a vet s letter is provided. No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. As a courtesy, no other professional or amateur action photography is permitted where the images will be sold or publicly shared for free to the masses, in any media. Individuals may shoot their own dogs at all times without restrictions. Potluck Lunch ALL Days -- Please join us for a potluck lunch each day around noon. The Club will provide sandwich fixings. Please bring a side dish, salad, snacks or dessert to share with
everyone. Bring your own beverages, or purchase water/soda at the trial.
