DIRECTIONS TO SALE If using SAT NAV use postcode NP15 1DD From The South: Exit the M4 at Junction 24 (Coldra Roundabout). Take the A449 North. Exit the A449 at the 1 st Junction signposted for Usk. After leaving the slip road, turn immediately right, crossing the dual carriageway, signposted Llandenny/ Gwernesney. Follow the road for approx. 1 mile after which the Sale field can be found on the left hand side. From the North/ Midlands: Exit the M5 at Junction 8 for Ross on Wye/ South Wales. Continue on the M50 past Ross on Wye and Monmouth, take the 2 nd exit off the dual carriageway after passing Monmouth, signposted Usk. Follow directions above. From Mid Wales: Approaching Abergavenny from the A465/ A40, at The Hardwick Roundabout, take the A40 dual carriageway. At the Raglan roundabout take the 3 rd exit and pass through the village of Raglan. Turn right at Raglan church onto Chepstow road. Follow this road for approx 2 miles, when climbing up the hill turn right at the crossroads. At the next T junction, turn right, the Sale field is a further 200m on the right hand side. Terms & Conditions of Sale A draw will be made to determine the Catalogue order. All dogs to be sold Strictly in Catalogue Order. All dogs to be Sold in Guineas and Commission to be charged at the rate of 5% (Subject to a minimum of 15) Plus VAT. Entry Fee per dog is 15 + VAT ( 18) and must accompany the Entry Form. All Dog Registration Documents are to be handed to the Auctioneers Office on Arrival at the Sale Field (Including a Signed Transfer Form) If not carried out the dog will be sold as Non Registered. Late Entries are Accepted on the Day of Sale and will be Allocated Lot Numbers 1 5 and also sold at the end of the Sale on a First Come First Serve Basis To maintain the integrity of the Catalogue there will be NO SUBSTITUTE DOGS. These dogs can be sold on the day as Late Entries All dogs are to be shown working on the day of Sale, however the Auctioneers give no Warranty as to the Dogs future ability. Dogs are sold on a Non Returnable Basis (unless found to be unsound with regard to No. 8 & 9 below) Bitches must be sold as clear of Pup unless Stated. Bitches purchased in pup and not declared must be accompanied by a Vet Certificate stating that the bitch was in pup at the time of Sale. If the purchaser wishes, they may then return the bitch and be re-imbursed. All dogs are Sold warranted as Sound by the vendor on the Day of Sale with regard to legs, feet, teeth etc. etc. The purchaser of a dog found to be unsound must provide a supporting vet certificate verifying that the dog was unsound at the time of Sale. The purchaser has 7 Days from the day of Sale to Lodge complaint with the Auctioneers. Dogs found to be unsound may be returned to the vendor and the purchaser reimbursed. Castrated Dogs, Spayed bitches or animals with any form of breeding defect MUST be declared at the time of Sale.
