OUR club needs as many helpers as possible to hold this event. This is a fun weekend. All the jobs are easy and interesting. Helpers of all ages are greatly appreciated. Before the trial training is available although most jobs require no training. Work assignments are about 4 hours long. AM or PM. This is a HUGE fundraiser for the GSDCW so PLEASE consider donating 4 hours of your August 20th weekend for this event. Oktoberfest Saturday: Sept. 17 th 4:00-5:30 P.M. *****Mark Your Calendars***** The GCSW has again been invited to participate in this special event to be held at the Heidelberg Park located behind the former Bavarian Inn. We are part of an overall program, so please plan to arrive no later than 4:00, as the program starts promptly at 4:30. Our program will be geared towards educating children along with our usual obedience and agility demonstration. Please note: At the park entrance gate, you will need to sign in, but you DO NOT have to pay the entrance fee. Tell them you are part of the Demo. Directions: Exit 1-43 at Silver Spring EAST.
