1. This is an official ARBA sanctioned show and will be governed by the latest revised rules. 2. All animals that are to be exhibited must permanently and legibly tattooed in the left ear. 3. Exhibitors are responsible to have their animals at the judging table for the proper class. There will be no refund for any entry fees if you miss your class or scratch an animal after your entry has been turned in. 4. Youth and open will be judged simultaneously. 5. You can not show the same animal in open and youth. 6. Anyone attempting to or actually interfering with, annoying, or influencing a judge or acting in a manner unbeing an exhibitor will be asked to leave the show and entry fee forfeited. 7. If a breed does not have a writer that breed will be skipped. 8. Any animal showing signs of disease will be removed from the show room and entry fees forfeited. 9. All animals must be exhibited in their natural condition. Exhibitors violating this rule will have their animal disqualified and entry fee forfeited. No dying, plucking, painting toenails or any other action designed to deceive. 10. WCRC and the Westmoreland Fairgrounds are not responsible in case of fire, theft, accidents or providential loss. 11. No animal will be handled by anyone except the owner or judge unless the owner grants permission. 12. The show mittee reserves the right to Show Rules assign judges to each breed and reserve the right to add, delete, or substitute judges. 13. No breeding in the showroom. 14. Absolutely no baby rabbits less than 8 weeks of age in the showroom for sale. 15. Parents are responsible for their children and are financially responsible for any damages that occur. 16. No alcoholic beverages in the showroom or on the fairgrounds. 17. The decision of show s officials will be final. 18. There will be a concession stand for meals. 19. No other animals but rabbits and cavies are permitted on the show grounds unless proper paper work is shown. 20. All rabbits must be in the showroom 1 hour before the show starts. The first breeds must be registered by 8:30 a.m. 21. Youth are not required to carry their animal to the table but, they must place the animal on the table and remove it. 22. After your breed has been called to the table there will be two (2) verbal announcements made. After the second call for a class there will be a 2 minute allowance for rabbits to be brought to the judging table. When the allowance time expires the judging will begin. If your rabbits are not at the table after the second announcement the judge will proceed and entry fee will be forfeited. 23. All ribbons and trophies must be picked up the day of the show: none will be mailed. 24. No vendors are permitted without permission from the WCRC. 25. This is a one-day carry cage show so all carriers must have leak-proof bottoms. 93rd Annual Convention and Show October 9-12, 2016 at Del Mar, California, USA

Pre-entry 1. Rabbits are not required to be pre-entered to show. Pre-entry is a way to save money. All pre-entered rabbits will receive a $.25 discount on the entry fee. This cannot be bined with the 25+ rabbit discount. 2. All pre-entry forms must be received by 9/1/16. Paypal accepted via payments@westmorelandrabbits.org as friends and family. 3. Substitutions will be allowed on the day of show. There will be a $1 charge for ear number changes. All other changes will cost $2.75 a change. No changes or substitutions will be allowed after 8:30 a.m. for the first show. Remark cards will be provided for pre-registered rabbits. 4.
