CONFORMATION: Dogs may be transferred from one of the regular classes to the Best of Breed or Variety competition, provided this transfer is presented to the Superintendent at least one half-hour prior to the scheduled start of any regular conformation judging at the show. OBEDIENCE OR RALLY: A dog who has earned a title after entries have closed may be moved up to the next class, provided the transfer request is presented to the Superintendent at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the trial. Washington Street Fairground Drive/Payran Street Hwy. 101 NCIWC SHOW HERE DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE From the North or South, take Hwy 101 (40 miles north of San Francisco). Exit on Washington Street in Petaluma. Turn West three blocks. Fairgrounds is on the left. ** PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT INFORMATION ** All persons attending this dog show hereby waive any claims for damages against NCIWC or its members in the event a motor vehicle must be entered to rescue a dog from overheating or suffocation due to improper ventilation. CLEAN UP IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! Pooper-Scoopers (in chlorine-filled buckets) will be placed all around the show grounds and outside all show rings. If your dog soils the parking lot, show grounds or the rings, it is your responsibility to clean it up. By signing the entry form at this show you are agreeing that clean up is your responsibility. Violators may be subject to a Bench Show Committee hearing. Exhibitors, please, if you see an area that has not been cleaned up, notify a member of the Club immediately. Thank you!! 2010 NCIWC

Come and check out the wonderful assortment of items and support your Club. NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE COMPLETENESS OF ENTRY RESTS SOLELY WITH THE ENTRANT. RETURNED CHECKS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID ENTRY FEE. BaRay Events will add a $20.00 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitor or agent may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY BASIS. Entry fees shall NOT be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, sick, lame, excused by the Judge or Veterinarian, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee, or because it has been entered incorrectly. There is no refund of entry fee for bitches in season. There is no refund for DUPLICATE ENTRIES or OVERPAYMENTS. BaRay Events will make every effort to find all duplicate entries, but if entry has been processed, no refund will be made. If, because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open, or to complete the Show NO REFUND will be made. Neither the club nor its Show Secretary will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class Judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings. Only dogs eligible for these shows will be admitted into the show area. There is no provision for unentered dogs. LOSS OR DAMAGE The Show Committee will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, or assume any liability in the event of any accident or misfortune, to either dogs or exhibitors participating in these Shows. The welfare of an Exhibitor s child is assumed to be the responsibility of the Exhibitor. It is distinctly understood that Exhibitors will exercise control and restraint over their children. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations. TROPHIES & PRIZES will be awarded in the ring to the person exhibiting the dog. No awards will be mailed. ALL RIGHTS TO TELEVISE, VIDEOTAPE, ADVERTISE, PHOTOGRAPH, PROMOTE or otherwise exploit this event are vested in the Club, or in persons to whom assignments of such rights have been made in writing by the Club. All persons and animals on the Show Grounds at any time while the show is in progress, do by attending this show or participating therein, grant to the Club the right to photograph, televise, videotape, audiotape or otherwise use their likeness and voice in any manner without further release or consent.
