SPECIAL RULES All Exhibitors & Vendors are Responsible for all Property Damage caused by them at area Hotels or Show Grounds and will be charged accordingly. Any Exhibitors Holding Meetings, Setting up of Equipment or Leaving Dogs or Grooming Equipment in any Building or Shed other than the Expo Hall is Financially Responsible for the Rental of that Site. No Dog Washing in Restrooms. Do not connect Hoses or turn on Water outlets outside of building. The Expo Building will be locked from 10:00 p.m. each night to 6:00 a.m. each morning. Dogs left alone overnight will be at owner's or handler's risk. A watchman will be on duty Tuesday June 12 - Saturday June 16, 2018 from 10 P.M. until 6 A.M. No Intoxicating beverages are allowed on Fairgrounds property. No smoking in any of the Fairgrounds buildings. All Exhibitors are responsible for clean up after their dogs in the indoor exercise pens and on the grounds outside the buildings. No Outside Vendors are allowed by Fair Association Rules. The Lake County Fair Association official caterer must be used for all lunches inside the Expo Building. No Roping off or saving of Grooming Space. Grooming Area is at a Premium. No Group lunches or meetings in Grooming area during show hours. ****IMPORTANT**** Dog Show Camping: June 12-17 2018 LCFA will establish one main camping area for all RVs in our West Parking Lot, to be overseen by our Camping Manager. The Camping Manager will handle all RV placement, utility hookups and maintenance. Camping Rules and Regulations will be mailed to registrants in advance. $65 per night - Full Camping Fee - Maximum of 70 spaces first paid basis - Full Camping. includes electrical hookup. Water source, gray water disposal and black water dumping available on the grounds. Extra electrical cord & water hose is the responsibility of camper. $25 per night Camping Fee for dry camping with. no utilities provided. Location to be determined by our staff. Campers must check in with Camping Manager upon arrival and before placement. With fees paid, you will be issued a permit to be displayed in each vehicles driver s side window for their entire stay. Any vehicles not displaying a permitted will be towed at the owner s expense. Camp at your own risk, no security is provided. There will be a Cash Bar & Appetizers Available. Location Will Be Posted The Judge for this Event will be a Surprise. This Special Event will be sponsored by Little Fort Kennel Club. Any dog that wins a specialty, on Friday, June 15th or Saturday, June 16th, 2018 will be invited to participate in a Special Best In Show or Best of The Best. Also the group winner from Great Lakes Area Terrier Association & Chicagoland Hound Association on June 16th will be invited. The winner will recieve $1,500.00 Cash Reserve Best of the Best will receive $500.00 Cash Each Group represented by at least two breeds will receive $100.00 Cash THE GRAYSLAKE SUMMER CLUSTER IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE WE WILL BE HOLDING A BEST JUNIOR IN CLUSTER COMPETITION ON SUNDAY JUNE 17, 2018 ALL 1ST PLACE WINNERS OF EACH JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP CLASS FOR EACH DAY OF ALL-BREED SHOWS AND EACH SPECIALTY HELD ON WEDNESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY, WILL BE INVITED TO RETURN TO COMPETE ON SUNDAY JUNE 17, 2018 FOR THE TITLE OF BEST JUNIOR IN CLUSTER WE WILL OFFER A PRIZE OF $500.00 VISA GIFT CARD TO THE WINNER offered by the Little Fort Kennel Club of Waukegan NO ADDITIONAL ENTRY FEE REQUIRED FOR THIS COMPETITION. Rules Regarding the Best Junior in Cluster competition: Each 1st Place Winner from each Junior Class from each of the All-Breed Shows (Starved Rock KC 2 days, Little Fort KC 2 days) and from each Specialty held on Friday and Saturday will be invited to compete on Sunday. We will hold a Preliminary Round of judging during the lunch break on Sunday, judge TBD. Depending on the total number of competitors we reserve the right to have two Preliminaries held at the same time in two rings. Depending on the total number of competitors returning for the Preliminaries we will have 10-12 individuals invited to compete in the Final Round, which will be held beforegroups. The judge for Best Junior In Cluster will be a surprise judge who will be sequestered until the beginning of judging for Best Junior In Cluster. Little Fort Kennel Club of Waukegan will offer a Prize $500.00 Visa Gift Card to the Winner. BEST JUNIOR IN CLUSTER PRELIMINARIES WILL BE HELD EARLIER IN THE DAY, FINALS WILL BE BEFORE GROUP JUDGING. WE WILL HAVE ASURPRISE JUDGE TO JUDGE THE FINALS. WE KNOW THAT OUR YOUNG JUNIOR COMPETITORS ARE THE FUTURE OF OUR SPORT AND WE ARE HONORED TO HIGHLIGHT THEM AT OUR SHOWS!

GOLF CAR RENTALS EXHIBITORS, THERE WILL BE A LIMITED NUMBER OF GOLF CARTS AVAILABLE TO RENT FOR THESE SHOWS. COST IS $300.00 FOR TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY. THIS IS ON A FIRST COME/FIRST SERVE BASIS.
