CONFORMATION JUDGE Yvonne Savard 11568 197A Street, Pitt Meadows, B.C. V3Y 1P3 Yvonne has been breeding/showing since 1970. She has bred Bouvier des Flandres and owned and exhibited German Shepherd, Doberman, Irish Setter and Pekingese. She has been judging since 1998 and in addition to Canada, she has judged in Australia, Ireland, New Zealand and U.S.A. OBEDIENCE/RALLY JUDGE Shirley Hubenig 215-44 th Ave. NW Calgary, Alberta T2K 0J2 Shirley has been actively involved with dogs since 1966. She has bred Siberian Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Samoyed and Standard Poodle. She has been judging since 2009, a Licensed Obedience judge for all classes and Conformation Licensed Group 3 and 7 with a permit for Group 1. The precincts of these events will be Hall 1 and 2 of the Heritage Park venue. No persons or dogs shall be allowed in any other part of the facility. Persons not adhering to this rule will be ejected from the show and the venue.

A suitable keeper trophy will be awarded. Award of Merit: At the judge s discretion, Award of Merit may be awarded up to one award for every 10 dogs competing for Best of Breed, which will be presented following Best of Breed judging. Exhibitors whose charges are declined by the Bank Card Authorization Department will be assessed a service charge of $25.00 for each transaction declined. Telephone entries are not accepted by the Show Secretary. Incomplete entries or entries received without fees, or entries received after the advertised closing date will not be accepted. Attention foreign exhibitors, please note that fees are due and payable in Canadian dollars. Due to consistently fluctuating currency rates discounted cheques will not be accepted. Personal cheques will be accepted, however, they are to be payable in Canadian Funds. If you sent a cheque in US funds, it must be made out for the full amount of the entry and no exchange will be refunded to the exhibitor. Please DO NOT make cheques Payable in Canadian Funds or At Par. They will not be cleared by the banks. To simplify the process, we urge that you purchase bank drafts or money orders payable in Canadian Funds.

CONFORMATION CLASSES The following Regular CKC Classes (divided by sex) will be offered: JUNIOR PUPPY CLASS - This class shall be for any dog 6 months of age and under 9 months of age on the day of the show SENIOR PUPPY CLASS - This class shall be for any dog 9 months of age and under 12 months of age on the day of the show 12 to 15 MONTHS This class shall be for any dogs 12 months of age and under 15 months of age on the day of the show. 15 to 18 MONTHS This class shall be for any dogs 15 months of age and under 18 months of age on the day of the show. CANADIAN BRED CLASS - This class shall be for any dog born in Canada. (Champions of any country excluded) BRED BY EXHIBITOR CLASS - This class shall be for any dog owned and handled in the ring by owner/breeder. The handler MUST be the owner/co- owner AND breeder/co-breeder of the dog. The owner/breeder must handle the dog at the class level, but need not handle the dog for further awards OPEN CLASS This class shall be for all dogs. VETERANS CLASS - This class shall be for dogs 7 years of age and over on the day of the show. Dogs entered in these classes may be spayed or neutered. This class will be divided into 7 years and under 10 years and 10 years and under 12 years and 12 years and older. SLED DOG CLASS (SD), SLED DOG EXCELLENT CLASS (SDX) & SLED DOG UNLIMITED CLASS (SOU) Entry requirements for any of the above three Sled Dog Classes are as indicated below: 1) Requirements as per CKC Certificate Program. Copy of CKC title certificates must accompany all entries. 2) Any dog that does not have a title may be exhibited if proof that said dog has met condition #1 above is submitted with entry (e.g., completed passport). 3) Males and females will compete together in all classes. 4) Winners of each of these 3 classes will compete together for Best Overall Sled Dog. 5) Each entry must be entered in a Regular CKC Official class or for Exhibition Only. 6) Entrants must compete at the highest eligible level. 7) Altered dogs/ bitches are eligible. SPECIALS ONLY CLASS - This class shall be for any dog that has a recorded CKC Registration or Event Registration Number and has attained the required points for Championship status. Note: A Listed dog may be moved to the Specials Only Class after the closing of entries, provided the CKC Individual or Event Registration Number was received prior to the first day of the show. The request to move a class dog to the Specials Only Class MUST be received by the Show Secretary ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE OPENING OF THE SHOW ON THE DAY CONCERNED. Listing Fees WILL NOT be refunded NON-REGULAR CLASSES EXHIBITION ONLY - All dogs entered in this class shall be listed in the catalogue with the same particulars as dogs entered in regular competition. Dogs entered in this class MAY NOT COMPETE in any Regular class but may enter and compete in Non-Regular classes and/or Parades ONLY BABY PUPPY Dogs 3 months of age and under 6 months of age on the day of the show. STUD DOG This class is a stud dog and 2 or more of his get. Ownership need not be identical. The stud dog may be spayed/neutered and must be entered in a Regular class or in Exhibition Only. Get must be entered in a Regular class.

BROOD BITCH The same requirements as Stud Dog and Get. BRACE This class is for 2 dogs of the same breed (not necessarily the same sex). A brace must be handled by one person on one lead. UNOFFICIAL CLASSES WORKING DOG (WD) & WORKING DOG EXCELLENT (WDX) Entry requirements for any of the above two Working Dog Classes are as indicated below: 1) Copy of title certificates must accompany all entries. 2) Males and females will compete together in all classes. 3) Winners of each of these 2 classes will compete together for Best Overall Working Dog. 4) Each entry must be entered in a Regular CKC Official class or for Exhibition Only. 5) Entrants must compete at the highest eligible level. SEXUALLY ALTERED Dogs that have been spayed or neutered. This class will be divided by sex. OFFICIAL OBEDIENCE CLASSES: No dog may be entered in both Novice A and Novice B, Open A and Open B at the same trial. In determining class eligibility, if a dog shall have won a particular title before being entered or moved up, the handler shall have been notified by at least 2 different judges that the dog has won 3 qualifying scores for the required title. (However, a dog may continue to be exhibited for 60 days in a class after winning a particular title.) Dogs fulfilling the requirements for a title may be moved to the next level of competition if the schedule permits. The transfer must be on the appropriate move-up form and submitted to the show secretary at least 15 minutes before the start of the class. PRE-NOVICE - The Pre-Novice class is an elective class and earning the title is not a requirement to enter Novice classes. The Pre-Novice class shall be for any dog of any recognized or listed breed, mixed breed or unrecognized breed which has not earned the title of P.C.D. Dogs in this class may be handled by the owner or any other person. A person may enter more than one dog in this class. The same handler must handle each dog in all 5 exercises unless he has 2 or more dogs entered. In such cases, he must have an additional handler for each extra dog when they are judged together in the group exercise. Only dogs that have not earned the title of C.D. may enter the Pre-Novice class. NOVICE A - The Novice A class shall be for any dog of any recognized or listed breed, mixed breed or unrecognized breed which has not earned the title of C.D. Only one dog per handler is allowed in this class, and that person must handle the dog in all exercises. The handler of any dog in this class must be the owner, co-owner or a member of their immediate families. No person who has trained or exhibited a dog that earned a C.D.X. title shall be allowed to handle a dog in this class. NOVICE B - The Novice B class shall be for any dog of any recognized or listed breed, mixed breed or unrecognized breed which has not earned the title of C.D. Dogs in this class may be handled by the owner or any other person. The owner or any other person may handle a dog in this class. A person may enter more than one dog in this class. The same handler must handle each dog in all 6 exercises unless he has 2 or more dogs entered. In such cases, he must have an additional handler for each extra dog when they are judged together in the group exercises.

NOVICE C - The Novice C class shall be for any dog of any recognized or listed breed, mixed breed or unrecognized breed that has earned the title C.D. or any higher obedience titles. Dogs in this class may be handled by the owner or any other person. A person may enter more than one dog in this class. The same handler must handle each dog in all 6 exercises unless he has 2 or more dogs entered. In such cases, he must have an additional handler for each extra dog when they are judged together in the group exercises. Dogs may compete in Novice C indefinitely. Scores earned by dogs in the Novice C class are not eligible for High In Trial and do not qualify a dog for any title. Dogs may be entered in the Novice C class in addition to any other official or unofficial classes for which they are eligible. NOVICE INTERMEDIATE - The Novice Intermediate class is an elective class and earning this title is not a requirement to enter the Open classes. The Novice Intermediate class shall be for any dog of any recognized or listed breed, mixed breed or unrecognized breed that has earned a C.D. or any higher obedience trial titles. Dogs in this class may be handled by the owner or any other person. A person may enter more than one dog in this class The same handler must handle the dog in all 6 exercises. Dogs may compete in the Novice Intermediate class indefinitely. Scores earned by dogs competing in this class are not eligible for High in Trial. Dogs may be entered in the Novice Intermediate class in addition to any other official or unofficial classes for which they are eligible. OPEN HA - The Open HA class shall be for any dog of any recognized or listed breed, mixed breed or unrecognized breed which has earned the title of C.D. but has not earned the title of C.D.X. The handler of any dog in this class must be the owner, co-owner or member of their immediate families. Only one dog per handler is allowed in this class, and that person must handle the dog in all exercises. Any person who has trained or exhibited a dog that has earned a U.D. title may not handle a dog in this class. Open18A -The requirements are the same as Open HA and the same rules except the Long Sit is replaced with Change of Positions Exercises and the Long Down is replaced with a Group Sit-Walk around. OPEN HB - The Open HB class shall be for any dog of any recognized or listed breed, mixed breed or unrecognized breed which has earned the title of C.D. Dogs which have earned the title of C.D.X. or any higher titles may enter in the Open B class. A dog may also be entered in the Utility Class in the same trial. Dogs in this class may be handled by the owner or any other person. A person may enter or handle more than one dog in this class. The same handler must handle each dog in all 7 exercises unless he has 2 or more dogs entered. In such cases, he must have an additional handler for each extra dog when they are judged together in the group exercises. Prior to the start of judging, the judge will choose which of the six numbered routines is to be performed. This choice will not be disclosed to the exhibitors until it is posted at ring side at least 30 minutes before the start of the class. In future assignments, judges are required to alternate the six routines so that each set will be used approximately the same number of times. Open 18B The requirements are the same as Open HB and the same rules except the addition of the new Change of Positions Exercises and Long Down is replaced with a Group Sit-Walk around. UTILITY A - The Utility A class shall be for any dog of any recognized or listed breed, mixed breed or unrecognized breed which has earned the title of C.D.X. but has not earned the title of U.D. Any person who has trained or exhibited a dog that has earned a M.O.T.Ch. title may not handle dogs in this class. The handler of any dog in this class must be the owner or member of their immediate families. Owners may enter more than one dog in this class. The same person must handle the dog in all exercises.

UTILITY B - The Utility B class shall be for any dog of any recognized or listed breed, mixed breed or unrecognized breed which has earned the title of C.D.X. or U.D. Dogs in this class may be handled by the owner or any other person. Owners may enter more than one dog in this class. The same person must handle the dog in all exercises. Prior to the start of judging, the judge will choose which of the six numbered routines will be performed. This choice will not be disclosed to exhibitors until it is posted at ring side at least 30 minutes before the start of the class. UNOFFICIAL OBEDIENCE CLASSES: All dogs entered in the Unofficial Classes must be entered in one of the Official Classes or Exhibition Only. EXHIBITION ONLY - All dogs entered in this class shall be listed in the catalogue with the same particulars as dogs entered in regular competition. Dogs entered in this class MAY NOT COMPETE in any Regular class but may enter and compete in Non-Regular classes and/or Parades ONLY GRADUATE NOVICE CLASS This class is open to any dog that has not earned a qualifying score toward the C.D.X. title, but has obtained the title of C.D. prior to the closing date of the trial in which it is to be entered. The owner or any other person may handle dogs in this class. A person may enter more than one dog in this class. The same handler must handle each dog in all 6 exercises unless he has 2 or more dogs entered. In such a case, he must have an additional handler for each extra dog when they are judged together in the group exercises. The Graduated Novice Heel on Leash and Stand for Examination exercises shall be performed and judged as in the official Novice Class. All other exercises shall be performed and judged as in the official Open Class. GRADUATE OPEN CLASS This is open to any dog that has not earned a qualifying score toward the U.D. title, but which has obtained the title of C.D.X. prior to the closing date of the trial in which it is to be entered. The owner or any other person may handle dogs in this class. A person may enter more than one dog in this class. The same handler must handle each dog in all 6 exercises unless he has 2 or more dogs entered. In such case, he must have an additional handler for each extra dog when they are judged together in the Long Sit. VERSATILITY CLASS This is open to any dog that has attained the title of C.D.X. and at least 1 qualifying score towards the Utility title, prior to the closing of the trial in which it is to be entered. The owner or any other person may handle dogs in this class. A person may enter more than one dog in this class. These exercises will be performed and judged as specified for the Novice, Open and Utility classes. The exercises to be performed by each dog will be determined by the handler s drawing 1 of a set of 4 cards listing a combination of 6 exercises after the handler has entered the ring. Each handler must provide a dumbbell, scent discrimination articles and seek back glove. WILD CARD CLASSES No title is required for this class but any dog performing must be capable of performing the exercises required at the class level in which it is entered. The owner or any other person may handle dogs in these classes. A person may enter more than one dog in these classes. Handlers may use verbal encouragement and praise during exercises in these classes without penalty. Handlers may also use additional commands, but will be penalized accordingly. The wild card option: a handler may choose to perform all exercises in a class, in which case all will be scored, or a handler may choose to skip one exercise and receive full credit for that exercise. The handler must inform the judge which exercise will be skipped before beginning the exercises. If an exercise is chosen to be skipped, it may not be performed. (eg. A handler may choose to omit the Stand for Examination in Novice, the Long Down in Open, or the Directed Jumping in Utility and receive a perfect score for the exercise). BRACE CLASS This is open to any 2 dogs that earned the title of C.D. or higher. The 2 dogs need not be owned by the same person but must be the same breed for a breed specialty obedience trial. The owner or any other person may handle a brace and they may enter more than one. The same handler must handle each brace in all 6 exercises unless he has 2 or more braces entered. In such case, he must have an additional handler for each extra brace when they are judged together in the group exercises. The Brace Class is performed and judged in the same manner as the Novice Class. The 2 dogs shall be hitched together with a brace chain or coupling and are judged on the performance of the 2 dogs as though they were one. TEAM CLASS This is open to any 4 dogs that have earned the title of C.D. or higher. It is not necessary that the same person own all the dogs in the team but must be of the same breed for a breed specialty. 5 dogs may be entered, one to be considered as an alternate. However, the same 4 dogs must compete in all exercises.

VETERANS CLASS For any dog that has earned a title of C.D. or higher and is 7 years old or older on the day of the trial. The exercises shall be performed and judged as in the Novice Class. The owner or any other person may handle a dog in this class. A person may enter more than one dog in this class. The same handler must handle each dog in all 6 exercises unless he has 2 or more dogs entered. In such case, he must have an additional handler for each extra dog when they are judged together in the group exercises. OFFICIAL RALLY CLASSES: No dog may be entered in both Advanced A and Advanced B at the same trial or Excellent A and Excellent B at the same trial. RALLY NOVICE A - Dogs competing in this class may not have won a CKC Rally Novice (R.N.) title or any CKC Novice Obedience title. No handler who has exhibited a dog through its CKC Companion Dog Excellent (C.D.X.) title or instructed dog training classes shall be eligible to enter this class. The handler of any dog in this class must be the owner, co-owner, or member of their immediate families. A person may enter more than one dog in this class. A dog may continue to compete in this class after the owner has been notified by at least 2 different judges that the dog has won 3 qualifying scores in this class. However a dog may not be entered or exhibited in this class in any rally trial after the owner has received official notification form the CKC that the dog has won the title. RALLY NOVICE B - Any dog may compete in this class until a qualifying score in the Rally Advanced class is earned. The owner or any other person may handle dogs in this class. A person may enter more than one dog in this class. All exercises are judged on leash, and all dogs must enter and leave the ring on leash. RALLY INTERMEDIATE - This class shall be for dogs that have earned the R.N. title. A dog completing the R.I. or any other obedience or rally titles may continue to compete in this class indefinitely. The owner or any other person may handle dog in this class. A person may enter more than one dog in this class. RALLY ADVANCED A - This class shall be for dogs that have won the Rally Novice (R.N.) title but have not won the Rally Advanced (R.A.) title or any CKC Novice Obedience title. No handler who has exhibited a dog through its CKC Companion Dog Excellent (C.D.X.) title or instructed dog training classes shall be eligible to enter this class. The handler of any dog in this class must be the owner, co-owner, or a member of their immediate families. A person may enter more than one dog in this class. A dog may continue to compete in this class after the owner has been notified by at least 2 different judges that the dog has won 3 qualifying scores in this class. RALLY ADVANCED B - This class shall be for dogs that have won the Rally Novice (R.N.) title. A dog completing the Rally Advanced (R.A.) title may continue to compete in this class indefinitely. The owner or any other person may handle dogs in this class. A person may enter more than one dog in this class. All exercises are judged off leash. All dogs must enter and leave the ring on leash. RALLY EXCELLENT A - This class shall be for dogs that have won the Rally Advanced (R.A.) title, but have not won the Rally Excellent (R.E.) title or any CKC Novice Obedience title. No handler who has exhibited a dog through its CKC Companion Dog Excellent (C.D.X.) title or instructed dog training classes shall be eligible to enter this class. The handler of any dog in this case must be the owner, the co-owner, or a member of their immediate families. A person may enter more than one dog in this class, A dog may continue to compete in this class after the owner has been notified by at least 2 different judges that the dog has won 3 qualifying scores in this class. However, a dog may not be entered or exhibited in this class in any rally trial after the owner has received official notification from the CKC that the dog has won the title. RALLY EXCELLENT B - This class shall be for dogs that have won the Rally Advanced (R.A.) title. A dog completing the Rally Excellent (R.E.) title may continue to compete in this class indefinitely. The owner or any other person may handle dogs in this class, A person may enter more than one dog in this class. All exercises are judged off leash except the Honor Exercise. All dogs must enter and leave the ring on leash.

RALLY MASTER - This class is for dogs that have earned the RE title. Any person may handle the dog in this class. Dogs must earn 3 qualifying scores of 85 points or more under at least 2 different judges. UNOFFICIAL RALLY CLASSES: All dogs entered in the unofficial rally classes must also be entered in an official rally class or exhibition only. Clubs may offer Rally Novice, Rally Advanced and/or Rally Excellent. RALLY BRACE CLASS This class requirement is the same as the obedience brace class, except that they are open to any 2 dogs that have earned a title of R.N. or higher. RALLY TEAM CLASS This class requirement is the same as the obedience team class, except that the class is open to any 4 dogs that have earned a title of R.N. or higher. Each team member will run the course individually, with the team time running continuously. The judge will give the first member of the team the Forward command from the Start sign. Each subsequent dog and handler will start when the previous dog and handler pass the Finish sign, without any additional command of Forward by the judge. Timing for each team will begin when the judge commands Forward to the first handler in the team and will stop when the fourth handler and dog pass the finish line.

GENERAL RULES GOVERNING THESE SHOWS It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to be familiar with the rules pertaining to the event in which they are competing. Copies of the Conformation Rule book are available from: The CKC, 400 200 Ronson Dr., Etobicoke, ON M9W 5Z9 or online at www.ckc.ca 1. The Club reserves the right to remove any person from the show. The Show Superintendent shall have full control of the above shows and trials, which will be governed by CKC rules. 2. Any dog excused by the Show Superintendent or the Show Veterinarian for any reason shall not, after being excused, compete in any class for any award for the balance of the show. 3. The show committee will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, or assume any liability in the event of accident, or other misfortune, to either dogs, exhibitors or patrons. 4. A Judge or any person participating in any capacity at a Dog Show held under CKC Rules shall not be subjected to any indignity of any kind during the progress of the show and it shall be the duty and obligation of the Club holding the show to see that this rule is effectively carried out. The Show Superintendent shall promptly report to the CKC any infringement of the rules, and the Discipline Committee shall have the power to take such action as it deems fit on receipt of a report indicating that this rule has been violated. 5. Exhibitors are solely responsible for the conduct or actions of their animals while they are on the show grounds. 6. DOGS MUST BE READY FOR JUDGING. The Club will not be responsible for and is not obligated to provide any service for notifying owners or agents of breed or class judging. No ring shall be held up waiting for exhibitors or handlers. Exhibitors & Handlers with more than one dog shall have substitute handlers available so the judging will not be delayed. All start times are PACIFIC DAYLIGHT TIME. 7. The owner of a dog entered in these shows is entirely responsible for any error in entering his/her dog, regardless of how or by whom the entry was made. 8. A dog once disqualified for any reason at a championship show held under these rules cannot again be shown at a show held under these rules until the dog has been examined by an official committee appointed by the CKC and the committee finds the dog is free from the condition which prompted the disqualification. Application for reinstatement must be accompanied by a fee of $50.00 plus GST which shall be forfeited to the CKC if the examining committee is satisfied that the dog should remain disqualified. All awards earned at a dog show in violation of this rule shall be cancelled by the CKC and the owner of the dog is subject to disciplinary action. 9. Exhibitors and handlers will be responsible for their dogs and for their equipment left at the Show Grounds. 10. For the benefit of the health of animals and the pleasure of the exhibitors and spectators we insist upon keeping our grounds and buildings as clean as possible. Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Please exercise your dog BEFORE taking it to the Judging ring. Dogs are to be exercised in the designated areas only, not in the vicinity of the ring areas. 11. No entry fee will be refunded if the Show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, and Act of God, public emergency, act of public enemy, strikes or any other cause beyond the control of the Club. 12. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by the Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee.

ADDITIONAL CLUB RULES: Exhibitors will be responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Violators will be asked to leave the show grounds. Crates will be allowed at ringside during the judging of your specific breed only and must be removed immediately after. No Exceptions. Dogs are not allowed in washrooms and must be on leash at all times on the show grounds or within the show building with the exception of the obedience rings. The welfare of an exhibitor s child is assumed to be the responsibility of the exhibitor. It is distinctly understood that you will exercise control and restraint over the children in your care on the days of these shows. The Club is not responsible for lost or stolen property from exhibitors or venders/concessions. The Club will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors but will not be responsible for, or assume any liability in the event of accident or misfortune to either dogs, exhibitors, spectators or vendors. Plastic sheeting must be under all exercise pens. Any tape used in the building has to be easily removable and must be removed after the show is completed. Colored tape is not allowed. You must leave your setup in the same clean condition you found it in when you first arrived at the show. No liquid waste is to be disposed of in garbage cans. No catering of any kind is permitted. The club reserves the right of restricting exhibitors grooming space. Any videographer or photographer, other than the official videographer/photographer, that is going to take pictures and or videos for which they will be paid, will require written permission from the Renaissance Dog Assoc. Show Committee and the official show videographer/photographer. FIRE SAFETY RULES: Extension cords, if laid across an aisle must be taped down properly. Power bars are not permitted. Aisles must be kept open at all times to allow everyone easy and speedy exit in case of emergency. All designated FIRE LANES must be kept clear at all times or vehicles will be towed at owner s expense.

CANADIAN KENNEL CLUB SCHEDULE OF CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS SECTION 2. The schedule to be employed in the determination of the number of points to be allocated to a dog awarded WINNERS shall be as follows: (*Includes the dog awarded Winners.) Dogs Competing* 1 2 3 to 5 6 to 9 10 to 12 13 or more Points Allocated* 0 1 2 3 4 5 To determine the number of championship points earned by a dog awarded Winners, total all the dogs in competition which the dog defeated, directly or indirectly, for the highest of the following official breed awards: Winners, Best of Winners, Best of Breed or Best of Opposite Sex and then consult the schedule set forth above. A dog that is disqualified, dismissed, excused or ordered from the ring by the judge shall not be included in the calculation for championship points. Further section 15.1.12 {C} has been added and states the dog must: have earned at least one 2 point win either at the breed level or group level. The system provides for additional points if a dog awarded winners also places in the Group as listed here under. In no case may a dog earn more than five (5) points at a single show. To earn a Canadian Championship, a dog must earn at least ten championship points under at least three different judges; and be individually registered with the Canadian Kennel Club, or have a CKC Event Registration Number (ERN).

AGREEMENT I (we) acknowledge that I (we), all exhibitors, handlers and patrons, know and abide by the CKC Dog Show Rules, and that I am (we are) familiar with their content. I (we) agree that the Club holding this show has the right to refuse this entry for cause, which the Club shall deem to be sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of the Show and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prize money, ribbons or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the Renaissance Dog Association and the Siberian Husky Club of Canada Inc., their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or show secretary and the owner or lessor of the premises and any employees of the aforementioned parties, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of a dog while in or upon the show premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim, and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss of a dog by disappearance, theft, death or otherwise, and from any claim for damage or injury to the dog, whether such loss, disappearance, theft, damage or injury be caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of the Club or any of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person, or any other cause or causes. I (we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves), or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this show, howsoever such injuries, death or damage to property may be caused and whether or not the same may have been caused and whether or not the same may have alleged to have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents, or any other person.
