This is a Sanctioned CHU Match, meaning entries under CHU classes will count toward points toward a possible title for your dog. In order for your pointes to be tracked, you must be registered with Canines & Humans United, LLC. You may enter into classes as FEO if not registered with Canines & Humans United, LLC. You may arrive no earlier than 8:00 a.m. Registration for Day of Show entries will be at 8:30 a.m. Day of Show Entries permitted only if desired class is not full. You are responsible to bring all necessary items required for your dog s entry in classes/competition. Directions to The Obedience & Sports Academy. From I-94 East: Exit 21 Mile Rd, turn right onto 21 Mile Rd, then right onto Sugarbush Rd, then go to the last driveway on the right. This is a deadend street. Frome I-94 West: From I-94 East: Exit 21 Mile Rd, turn left onto 21 Mile Rd, then right onto Sugarbush Rd, then go to the last driveway on the right. This is a deadend street. It is suggested that you bring the following items on the day of trial: Crate Mat for under your crate to protect facility flooring Required leash & collar Chair/pad Blanket to cover crate (helps to calm the dogs during trial) Treats Junior Handlers are encouraged to enter. Junior Handler Division consists of children between the ages of 8 and 17 years old. Special prizes may be available for junior handlers. There will be raffles for DQ, Poop, Workers, General Cool Stuff. All proceeds from the raffle will go to the hosting club to offset the cost of awards. Competitors through submissions of registry/entry, acknowledge that they are knowledgeable of all CHU Rules, Regulations and Guidelines. Briefly, and not limited to the following rules: * Dogs must be on leash while on trial grounds unless being shown. * Dogs must be shown by the owner or immediate family. *Collars: Dogs must wear a flat type collar (buckle or quick release) Body harnesses are allowed. NO CHOKE CHAIN, gentle leader/head collar, prong or electronic collars are allowed. *Teams may be entered in multiple levels/classes at the same trial. *All competitors are expected to treat the judges, stewards, trial hosts, your dog and all other competitors with respect. *All judges, stewards, trial hosts are expected to show all competitors respect. *Handlers and dogs with disabilities are encouraged to compete. All modification forms must be completed and approved by Ring Judge. *Handlers through entry to this event, accept all responsibility for their actions and their dog. *Safety of all competitors and shall always be foremost consideration in regards to the actions of handlers and dogs at all times. *There will be NO REFUND for entries in the event a dog and/or handler is dismissed for any reason during competition. *There will be NO REFUND if the trial is cancelled for any reason. *Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry. There will be a $35.00 NSF fee. Payment of entry fees. NSF fees must be made within 7 days of notice to exhibitor. Any fees not received with 7 days will result in forfeiture of event and revoking of registry of dog. Overpayment of less than $5.00 will be considered a donation to host club. *Through entry of this trial, all competitors shall waive any and all rights to video, broadcast and/or photograph this trial. *Competitors may video portions of trial for personal use only and not utilized for re-broadcast of any type.
