The timeframe to open a new Koko FitClub can range depending upon real estate availability, but the average time is approximately 8 months: 4 months to identify a site and get under lease, plus 4 months to convert that space to an open Koko FitClub. INTIMATE STUDIO-SIZED SPACE Koko FitClubs are small, intimate studios that requires approximately 2700 square feet of space. OPEN ACROSS THE U.S. & CANADA Over a hundred clubs are currently open in nearly 30 states through the country, with new areas now available for development.
