PUPPY SWEEPSTAKES Sweepstakes will be judged immediately before the regular classes and is open to all breeders and owners of bulldogs. All entries in sweepstakes MUST be entered in a regular class. The entry fee for sweepstakes is in addition to the regular entry fee. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. THE SHOW-GIVING CLUB assumes no responsibility for the loss of or damage to any dog exhibited, whether the result of accident or other causes. It is distinctly understood that every dog at this show is in the care, custody and control of its owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. The club will not be responsible for injury to any person attending the show. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show-giving club and it's secretary have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising area. NOTE: Effective for all shows held on or after July 01, 1980, dogs which according to their owners records have completed the requirements for a championship after the closing of entries for the show, but whose championships are unconfirmed, may be transferred from one of the regular classes to the Best of Breed Competition, provided this transfer is made by the show secretary at least one half hour prior to the start of any regular conformation judging at the show.
