ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES Entries will be accepted as received. Your entry must be complete with BHA number and signed with liability waiver initialed or they will not be accepted. Express mail entries must include the signature waiver allowing them to be left at the secretary's address without signature. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry and the Trial Secretary will add a $30 collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Dogs may enter the and Novice class in the same trial until the dog has earned the RATN title. BITCHES IN SEASON MAY PARTICIPATE Bitches in season (BIS) may compete at Barn Hunt trials. BIS will be run at the end of each class. BIS must wear pants/britches at all times when not being pottied including on the course. Owners of BIS should crate/confine their dogs away from traffic and other dogs, should post "dog in season" signs on their crate/in their area, and potty the dog away from other competitors. Owners of BIS should make their condition known to the Trial Secretary prior to arrival, if possible, and no later than 15 minutes before the start of the first trial. Entry fees (minus recording fees) will be refunded if BIS is withdrawn from the trial. AWARDS Placement ribbons will be awarded for 1 st - 4 th place in all regular classes (not ) in each height division. Brown qualifying ribbons will be awarded for all qualifiers in the regular classes. New Title Ribbons will be awarded to those who quality for them and for dogs first pass in the Test. High in Class Rosettes will also be awarded in each class.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS - Registration number and Barn Hunt Regulations may be obtained on the website www.barnhunt. com - Refunds: entry Fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from competition by the action of the Trial Committee. No entry fees will be refunded If the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, and act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or any other causes beyond the control of the organizing committee. Refund for dog or handler injuries after close of trial may be refunded with a doctor s note required. - Bring a chair for yourself and crates for your dog(s). - Trials will be held indoors with air-conditioning. Crating space is very limited with additional crating space outdoor. Room for outside tenting. Due to limited crating space, please do not bring x-pens and please do not bring dogs not entered in the trial. - Please make sure your crate is secure as the dogs may be highly excited. If your dog is overly excited, please do not leave him/her unattended. - Dogs will be run in height order with dogs being handled by the same person separated into different staged groups when possible. - Any dog of any breed or mix, six months of age or older, may participate in Barn Hunt Trials. - Dogs must be able to fit through an 18" wide by approximately 22" high "tunnel" made of straw/hay bales. - Height Divisions: Small, Dogs 13" & under; Medium, Dogs 13" to 18"; Large, Dogs over 18". Dogs are measured at the option of the judge. - Possessing or training with personal, live quarry is not permitted on the show grounds at any time. - The use of flexl-leads on the show grounds is not permitted during show hours. - All dogs must be on leash at all times except when In the ring for judging. Please be mindful of other exhibitors and keep your dog close to you. We may ask you to cover your dog s crate or remove them from the ring area if they re excessively loud. - Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. - Exhibitors are responsible for being ready to go in blinds and for being ready to go in the ring when called. The judge does not need not wait for any dog holding up a class. The club has no obligation or responsibility to search for or locate a dog not brought to the ring when required. - Owners are responsible for errors made on entry forms, whoever may have made such errors. - Tailwaggers Learning Center Officers and Members assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or Injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, spectators, or to any of their dogs, property, or children. - Tailwaggers Learning Center reserves the right to refuse an entry for any reason.
