While every effort will be made to present a clean, odor-free facility, this is a dog training facility and subject to lingering odors common to these facilities. NOTE: BCDC shares a building with a dance studio. The dance studio will be open during the ORT from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located on the 2nd floor of the building. This often times results in noise and can potentially startle or distract dogs. Please consider this before you enter your dog. BCDC has no way of regulating what happens at the dance studio. BCDC is located on the ground level of the building. Restrooms are available inside. Light snacks and drinks will be available; however bring a lunch if you think you will need something more substantial. There are restaurants and a 7-11 within 1-3 blocks of the BCDC Building. There is no available crating space. Dogs must be crated in your car until they are being tested. You are responsible for picking up after your dog. ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES. Entry Requirements The handler of the dog must be a current member of the NACSW. The Dog must be registered with the NACSW and have his/her own registration number. ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, or excused by the NACSWTM official or judge. If your dog becomes ill or injured prior to the art, you will be refunded your fee if a veterinary note is provided. Cancellations for serious illness, injury, family emergencies for the handler will be accepted prior to August 9, 2013. Fee(s) will be refunded minus a $10 administrative fee per dog. Cancellations must be made to the trial secretary Nancy Scott either bye-mail Nscottphd1@cs.com. or by phone. A confirmation will be sent. Do not assume you are cancelled until it has been confirmed. A charge of $25.00 will be ENTRIES MUST BE MADE ON THE ATTACHED ENTRY FORM. NO ENTRY SHALL BE MADE AND NO ENTRY SHALL SPECIFIES ANY CONDITIONS AS TO ITS ACCEPTANCE. BE ACCEPTED, WHICH OWNERS are responsible for errors in making out entry forms. OVERNIGHT MAIL entries must include signature secretary's address without recipient's signature. permitting them to be left at the DOGS PRESENT will not be permitted to roam. Exhibitors are responsible for the behavior of their dogs. The owner of each dog is solely responsible for being ready when it is time to be judged. There is no inside crating at this test. Be prepared to keep your dog in your car when not being tested or on leash at all times. FEMALES IN SEASON are allowed at this test site, but will be tested last. One dog per odor entry limit per handler. Fill out a second entry form and a separate check for the second or third dog for a different odor. Closing Entries and payment must be received at the Secretary's address by August 9,2013 at 11 :59 p.m. Overnight mail entries must have the signature request waived. DOGS PARTICIPATING in the ORT must be at least six months of age and must appear to be healthy on trial day and should be current on all vaccinations required by law. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ENTRY ACCEPTANCE/CONFIRMATION will be made when entries are processed for those handlers that provide an email address.
