This included the grounds fee, basic entry, two $25 gift certificates. Income was $3039.00 (approx) we had 25 fewer birds then last year. Lost 10 entries. Horse s expenses were $1020.00. We need about 80 entries to break even or do not provide trophies which were $101.00. We are running against the NE Brittany Club trial. Specialty Show: No report PA Federation No report Newsletter No report Website No Report Bylaws No report Picnic We are here having it. Seminars No report Brittany Rescue No Report Canine Learning No Report Grounds No report First Reading of Members: None Members for the second time and voted into membership: Bill Sturtzman Old business: It was discussed at a previous meeting to donate a trophy for the passing of Lowell Starner. John and Terry were to come up with something after discussing this with Linda. Nothing yet. New Business: We will be purchasing a one page ad from the ABC each year to list our club winners. This will be compiled between January and February of each year and be sent in for the March or April issue. To be completed by the secretary. Members are urged to send information to the secretary. If no information is received the list will be compiled from the Website Brags. Field Trial Grounds: Jeff asks for the club to consider moving the Field Trial grounds to NY. We don t have enough area at Freeland to run the proper course time. It was discussed that people will be needed to run the Trial in NY and now people may be willing, but want about next year and so on. Also can t be up against The NE Brittany club Trial. Need to find an open date. We could have more stakes

Page 7 with more room to run. Robin would still get the horsed for about the same price. We would draw more pro s The bounced checks from the last FT were brought up. Shall we go to AKC about it? A motion was made to pull the copies of the checks and Bobbie will call AKC. We also had an issue with the American Field and getting the ad placed. Les will make sure the $75 is sent 30 days prior to the event. Then club should decide if we want to continue this. Ad was not in for last trial. Fall chair needs to be responsible for the ad. The meeting was ended by a storm since we were outdoors we ran for cover. The next meeting will be Sept 23 rd at the Starlight Diner. General Meeting at 7:00 PM Adjourned. Respectfully Deb Rudert.
