Dog Wild Club Membership The primary benefit of becoming a member of the Dog Wild Club is access to the private, members-only Dog Wild Park. Memberships are valid for one year (12 months) and must be paid in full at the beginning of the membership. Memberships are nonrefundable. All members and guests of the Dog Wild Club must sign a waiver before using the Dog Wild Park. Member Benefits: One Year Membership: $40.00 Dog Wild Access Pass for unlimited access to the dog park during general-use hours. Guest Passes $10 per day guest passes are available during general-use hours. People taking advantage of the guest pass are not eligible for other member benefits. Guest passes are date specific and may be obtained at Dog Wild Canine Supply. Park Access Hours Monday through Friday Saturday & Sunday 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Not withstanding, there may be times when the Park is closed during the above times due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather or the need for emergency repairs. Whenever possible, members will be notified by email if the Park needs to be closed. From time to time the Park will be used for special events at which time the Park will be closed for recreational use. Members will be notified in advance by email when these events are scheduled. Use of the Park at any other time other than the hours above is prohibited. I further understand and agree that Dog Wild Canine Supply is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind sustained by any human, dog or property while using the dog park. I therefore expressly assume all risks associated with using the dog park. Dog Wild Park Participation Rules This is a members-only private park. In order to keep the Dog Wild Park functioning for many years to come we ask you to follow these simple rules!!! 1. YOU MUST HAVE A DOG WILD CLUB MEMBERSHIP OR A DOG WILD GUEST PASS TO USE THE PARK. 2. Unleash your dog only within the double gated area. Dogs unleashed outside the Park may create a distraction or hazard to other members, guests, dogs or Dog Wild employees. Dogs left on leash while inside the Dog Park may feel threatened and growl or bark when an off-leash dogs greet them. 3. Off leash dogs must be under voice control by their owners at all times. If voice control is not possible, and other dogs are in the Dog Park do not enter the Dog Park. Voice control enables owners to stop dogs from misbehaving. If other dogs arrive, leave the Park with your dog. 4. Scoop your Poop! This is just common sense and will keep our park clean. If you forgot to bring your own bags feel free to use the poop bags or poop scoops that we have supplied. Garbage buckets are located in the park. If this rule is not followed membership privileges may be revoked. 5. Please supervise your dog at all times to make sure they are playing nice. Be aware that dogs have different play styles. Educate yourself on dog behavior and don't be afraid to ask questions. A behavior that concerns you may simply be a rambunctious play style. And most importantly, if you suspect your dog is not having fun, please respect their wishes and take them home. Any dog showing signs of aggression should be removed from the park. 6. Do not bring more than 2 dogs at a time per supervising adult during general-use hours of operation. (More than 2 dogs of the same family can be difficult to supervise and sometimes act in a pack toward others.) 7. Human providers must be 18 or older to use the park. If you are a parent, do not bring children younger than 13 with you (remember, your attention needs to be on your dog!) In addition, small children can be regarded as prey by unfamiliar dogs. 8. Bringing food and treats into the dog park is prohibited. Food can bring a higher level of competition to a dog park. 9. Our preference is for altered dogs only. Intact dogs (unspayed or unaltered) may be allowed upon request, but should only use the park when no other dogs are in the park, and must be prepared to leave if another dog arrives. Intact males and females often bring a higher level of anxiety to a dog park. 10. 11. If a dog fight happens STAY CALM and act immediately! Call you dog back to you even if your dog is not involved in the altercation. If your dog was involved in the argument quickly leash your dog and remove your dog(s) from the premises. 12. The entire Dog Wild Property is Non-Smoking. 13. All member dogs must be up to date on their Rabies Vaccination, a certificate of which must be provided to Dog Wild Canine Supply. 14. If your dog exhibits aggressive tendencies or overly rambunctious behavior that is deemed hazardous to others, Dog Wild reserves the right to cancel your membership. 14. Membership and access privilege to the Dog Wild Park is at the sole discretion of Dog Wild. Dog Wild reserves the right to exclude any dog or human from the Dog Wild Park. 15.
