General Information Join us at the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association s Summer Veterinary Conference at the beautiful Williamsburg Lodge & Conference Center in Williamsburg, VA Pre registration is required. The pre registration deadline is June 1st. After that date, refunds, less a $75 administrative fee, will be made only upon receipt of a written request. No refunds will be made after June 23, 2016.
