General Information Join us at the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association s Summer Veterinary Conference at the beautiful Williamsburg Lodge & Conference Center in Williamsburg, VA Pre registration is required. You may register online at www.ncvma.org, fax the attached form with your credit card number to (919) 851 5859, or mail the form with a check made payable to the NCVMA Summer Veterinary Conference to 1611 Jones Franklin Road, #108, Raleigh, NC 27606. The pre registration deadline is June 1st. After that date, refunds, less a $75 administrative fee, will be made only upon receipt of a written request. No refunds will be made after June 23, 2016.
