Feline Foster/Adoption Application Page 5 of 6 I have read the above information carefully and have filled out this application honestly. I understand that omission of information and / or failure to answer all questions and sign the application can result in this application being declined. Also, if an omission or untruth is discovered after an adoption takes place, I understand that Triple R Pets reserves the right to annul the adoption and reclaim the animal. I give Triple R Pets permission to fully investigate the information provided as well as contact veterinarians and related officials. If the application passes this review, I agree to a home and yard visit on a mutually agreed date by a Triple R Pets volunteer before an adoption decision is made. In addition, I understand the adoption decision is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to the compatibility of the family and home to the individual animal, and other applications received on this animal. I understand it is Triple R Pet s prerogative to decide which home is most appropriate and that their decision is final, and therefore I will not contest the decision. Unless otherwise indicated by Triple R Pets, I am free to apply and undergo the application process in the future. Further, I agree that if an adoption is approved, and the adopted animal is too young to be spayed or neutered prior to adoption, I will have the animal altered and provide Triple R Pets with documentation stating such. I also agree that should any problems arise with the animal adopted, I will return the animal to Triple R Pets and will NOT take the animal to a shelter or sell said animal. Return of an animal does not preclude a future adoption. It is the desire of Triple R Pets to ensure that every animal placed in an adopted home is compatible with the entire family.
