ATTENTION EXHIBITORS Welcome to the 2018 ARC National Specialty. The show site will be available to Exhibitors at 7:00 am Monday thru Saturday. No dogs are allowed overnight and must be removed no later 7:00 pm each night. All dogs/crates must be removed from the Event Center by 5:00 pm Saturday May 19, 2018. There will be plenty of space for spectators and holding area for dogs waiting to go into the ring. No unentered dogs are allowed in the Exhibitor Center. Conformation Crating: There will be no ringside crating outside the Conformation Ring. Day crating will be available in the Grooming Room on a first-come/first served basis. Exhibitors please note: The American Rottweiler Club does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the official AKC entry form for this event. TRANSFER OF ENTRIES TRANSFER OF ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN THE BARAY OFFICE AFTER 12:00 NOON ON MONDAY, MAY 7. AFTER THIS TIME, YOU MUST CONTACT THE SHOW SECRETARY ON SITE. CONFORMATION: Dogs may be transferred from one of the regular classes to the Best of Breed or Variety competition, provided this transfer is presented to the Superintendent at least one half-hour prior to the scheduled start of any regular conformation judging at the show. JUNIOR SHOWMANSHIP: Junior Handlers who win a third Novice Class with competition, if a win in Novice leads to a Best Junior with competition present it will count as one win towards moving to Open, after closing of entries for a show are required to transfer their entry from the Novice Class to the Open Class by notifying the Superintendent at least one-half hour prior to the scheduled start of Junior Showmanship juding at the show. Correction may be made from one age division to another, provided this transfer must be made to the Superintendent at least one half-hour prior to the judging of any Junior Showmanship class at the show. OBEDIENCE OR RALLY: A dog who has earned a title after entries have closed may be moved to another class in a future trial, provided the transfer request is presented to the Superintendent in writing at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each trial.
