If because of extreme weather, riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management, it is impossible to open or to complete the trial, no refund of entry fees will be made. JUDGES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WAIT FOR DOGS. The owner of each dog is solely responsible or having it ready at ringside when it is to be judged. The Club has no responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. If handlers have a ring conflict and so inform the gate steward, every effort will be made to accommodate you. EVENT COMMITTEE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show. ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES EXCEPT WHEN IN THE RING OR IN THE DESIGNATED WARM-UP AREA. Exhibitors are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior, may, at the discretion of the trial committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such cases, no refund of any fees will be made. All dogs present must be held on leash or confined to their crates at all times except when in the ring or when in the designated agility warm-up area. All exhibitors must pick up dog waste everywhere on the show grounds. The site will be monitored and offenders will be asked to leave. In such cases, no refunds will be made. OBSTACLES: Obstacles will conform to the requirements in the current edition of the AKC Regulations for Agility Trials. This trial is open to all dogs fifteen (15) months of age or older that are registered with the American Kennel Club or that have AKC Limited Registration, Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP) or an AKC Canine Partners listing number, or approved Foundation Stock Service (FSS) breeds. Bitches in season, aggressive, blind or deaf dogs or dogs suffering from any deformity, injury or illness which may affect the dog's physical or mental performance are ineligible to participate.
