The fd was purchased frm the Peshtig Feed Mill and delivered (and unladed!!), by Rn McMahn, Shawn McMahn, Jake McMahn, Hunter and Ben Brwn. Thank yu fr yur supprt f the shelter animals! Under the leadership f Jamie Carviu and the Student Cuncil, the 1 st thru 4 th grade classes frm Park Schl raised $385 in ne week! They cut ut paper hearts and sld them fr a quarter each. They filled paper dg bwls with the hearts in a friendly cmpetitin between classrms. They als cllected fd and treats fr the shelter animal. Way t g!! Thank yu! Thank yu t Tri-City Plumbing fr the quick respnse and the dnatin f their time and materials t help us with a water leak. Having water t clean makes ur jb a whle lt easier!! Thank yu t all the patrns and Tny frm Tny s Dckside in Crivitz fr their generus supprt. Tny put ut a Christmas tree and peple purchased paper bnes t hang n the tree. They raised ver $200 and purchased all kinds f great fd and treats fr the animals. Thank yu! The Sunday Schl Children frm Bethel Lutheran Church raised $355 and purchased all kinds f fun things fr the shelter animals! Tys, treats, litter, fd and kitten frmula. Thank yu s much!!

Everybdy did smething different t help make the lives f the Shelter animals better! Thank yu t Jim Paris fr the dnatin f tw new bicycles which will be prizes at the 17 th Annual Czzy s Mudbash. (see infrmatin abut this fun event elsewhere in this newsletter). Thank yu t the Emplyees at Niclet Natinal Banks in Crivitz, Marinette and Menminee fr their dnatins f mney, fd, tys, cleaning supplies and ther miscellaneus items. The cats and dgs are really enjying everything! Thank yu Elizabeth Lange f Peshtig Schl, wh purchased items fr the shelter animals thrugh their Pay It Frward prgram. Once again ur great cmmunity came tgether and supprted the Shelter thrugh the Buy a Bne fundraiser at The Stre Gas Statins. A ttal f $2,000 was raised!!!! THANK YOU Smetimes it lks like we get a TON f dnatins and mnetary cntributins and yu may wnder, d they really need MY help? The answer is YES! The dnatins f prducts help us save mney. The dnatin f mney helps pay the bills. If yu lk at the cst f spay/neuter, micrchipping, vaccinatins, de-wrming and ther medical prcedures, they all add up. Then add the cst f heat, electric, staff, phne, waste management and all the ther little things that g int keeping the building up and running, yu'll understand why ur annual budget at this time is $260,000.00 We d nt take dnatins lightly and sincerely THANK each f yu fr yur cntributins.

LAUNDRY SOAP, DRYER SHEETS VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES Please cnsider giving a little f yur time by helping with any f the fllwing vlunteer activities. FRONT DESK GREETER: We culd use a cuple f peple t give a day r tw a week helping ut at the frnt desk, answering the phne and helping peple with paperwrk. CAT and/r DOG INTERACTION: the dgs and cats wuld enjy it if peple wuld cme ut t brush and interact with the. Just sitting with them and reading a bk with a cat r dg by yu is great fr the animals. And as yu knw it's a stress reliever fr peple t! ADOPT A ROOM CLEANER: Helping with cleaning kennels r cat rms is a great frm f exercise. Cnsider adpting a rm t claim as yur pet prject. Cme in nce r twice a week t wash behind, under and n tp f the kennels. Clean the ceiling fan and strage cabinet rm. We'll clean inside the kennel, yu culd clean the rest f the rm. CAN SORTING: Anther way MAS generates incme is receiving the dnatin f sda and beer cans & bttles. These need t be srted by the nes that have a 10 cent depsit paid n them and the nes that dn't. The nes that d nt are taken t the scrap yard fr the price f aluminum. But his takes time t srt and any time smene can dnate time t srt is greatly appreciated. ON GOING NEEDS...
