CAN I CHANGE MY PLAN? Yes, you may change your plan at the renewal date. CAN I CANCEL MY PLAN? Yes, you may cancel the plan at any time. Simply provide your request in writing 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date. If canceling during the term year, additional charges my apply. 15
