WODAC TITLES Each pedigree cat that qualifies for the TOP 12 final will be awarded the title WQ (WODAC Qualifier) as a suffix to the cat s name. The winner will be awarded WW (WODAC Winner). The titles are not official titles with any of the registering cat bodies, but are awarded to cats at WODAC and owners may use these titles in any advertising and marketing of specific cat breeds. STEWARDING Owners are encouraged to steward their own cats at this show. Stewards will be available to steward as well. CAGES Each exhibitor needs to provide their own cages for their cats. More than one cat can be in one cage, but it remains each exhibitors own responsibility that the correct cats are judged. SHOW RULES This show is held under the show rules of SACC and can be found on www.tsacc.org.za. Email the show manager for a copy of the rules. RULE 26: EXHIBITOR BOUND BY RULES A person entering a cat for any show held under these rules shall, by such act, be deemed to have agreed to refer any question or dispute to the committee of the show or club concerned and to abide by their decision, and this fact must be brought to the attention of exhibitors before a show. RULE 28: COMMUNICABLE DISEASES No exhibitor shall exhibit a cat or kitten which to his/her knowledge has, at the date of the show, been exposed to any specified communicable disease within the period of 30 days prior to the date of the show, and no cat or kitten may be exhibited if the exhibitor had had any such illness in his or her home or cattery during that period. In the case of a communicable disease having occurred in a home or cattery, a clearance certificate will be required from a fully qualified veterinary surgeon. Any exhibitor, who, in the opinion of the committee, shall have made a false declaration in respect of the above, will be liable to serve penalties under the powers of the committee. Owners of rejected exhibits shall not personally attend any show within the prescribed period of 30 days unless in the possession of a veterinary clearance certificate which must be exhibited to the show manager on demand. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information supplied on the entry form is correct and complete. Should your cat change status in a ring, it will automatically be transferred into the next class. To enable us to do this, it is of utmost importance that you supply us with the correct details of previous award/s given including the name of the awarding judge/s give us the cat s correct title be it champion, premier etc. Please give us up to date titles of your cat s parents.
