TRY OUR CERTIFIED FOOTGOLF COURSE FootGolf combines elements of soccer and golf on a modified course. The game is played with a regulation #5 soccer ball with 21-inch diameter cups on an American FootGolf League certified course. This class works on the advanced skills needed to pass the CGC test. $150/resident dog; $160/non-resident dog Fun Scent Games by DogNostics, for dogs 4 months and older Harness your dog s natural scenting ability for fun. This group class uses games to teach dogs to locate hidden objects using only their noses and then tell their handlers they ve found the prize. Scent games are a great bonding experience for dogs and their handlers and are a great form of mental exercise and rainy day games. Park amenities include two playgrounds, seasonal splash pad, a pavilion that seats 100, barbecue grill, 0.6-mile paved walking trail, restrooms, soccer field, a softball/baseball field and the historic Tappmeyer House. Lake School Park 581 Coeur de Ville Road Lake School Park sits on six acres and features a playground, historic Lake School, restrooms, soccer field and three renovated, lighted tennis courts. LaVerne Collins Park 10581 Old Olive Street The peaceful one-and-a-half acre park is named in the honor of retired City Clerk, LaVerne Collins. With a gazebo and flagpole monument, this park is a great place to relax with a book or enjoy lunch.
