Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. There is a $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds. BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee per day. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial. WAITLIST INFORMATION A maximum of 10 dogs entries will be placed on the wait list for each day. All entries, including waitlisted entries, must be received by the trial secretary prior to the trial closing date. Any entries withdrawn by Monday at 6 p.m. before the trial closes will be replaced with a waitlisted entry if any are available. If a withdrawn entry is replaced with a waitlisted entry a refund will be issued; if there is no replacement, no refunds will be given. Any waitlisted entry that does not move off the waitlist by the aforementioned date/time will receive a refund for the waitlisted entries only. VOLUNTEERS After final confirmations are sent a link will be sent to an online signup for the workers spots. Workers are provided with water, snacks and tickets toward raffle prizes. DIRECTIONS From 80 travelling east: Follow Bloomsburg Exit #232 Take a right at the light at the exit. Stay on this road and follow the signs for Bloomsburg (left lane after the single lane stretch). The fairgrounds entrance will be approximately ¼ mile on your right after the underpass. ****Enter at the main entrance and go straight across the fairgrounds. At the end of this road, take a left and go the Arena. From 80 travelling west: Follow Bloomsburg Exit #232 Take a left at the light at the exit. Stay on this road and follow the signs for Bloomsburg (left lane after the single lane stretch). The fairgrounds entrance will be approximately ¼ mile on your right after the underpass. Follow from **** above. From Danville (travelling North on Route 11): Stay on Rt. 11 into Bloomsburg. Once you go under the underpass approximately ¼ mile on your right will be the turn for the fairgrounds. Take this right and follow from **** above. From Berwick (travelling South on Route 11): Stay on Rt. 11 through Bloomsburg (this will take you through the downtown). Approximately ½ mile after you pass Market Street (downtown with the fountain and statue) the fairgrounds entrance will be on your left. Take this left and follow from **** above. GPS NOTE: Use 904 W. Main Street, Bloomsburg, Pa., as the address for the fairgrounds. This is actually for a house right next to the entrance, so don t pull into the people s driveway, but the larger multi-lane road entrance by the green BARC4Agility sign which is right next to the driveway. FOOD & BEVERAGES There will be no food available for purchase. Bring your own food, there are also many places close by for food. Violators will be asked to leave the show site for the weekend. ABOUT CONFIRMATIONS You will receive a preliminary confirmation via email after your entry has been received and processed. FINAL CONFIRMATIONS WILL BE EMAILED OUT and ARMBANDS PICKED UP AT THE TRIAL. If you do not have an email address and want both a preliminary and final confirmation, please send two stamped selfaddressed envelopes. If you only send one envelope, we will only mail you a preliminary confirmation so that you know you are in the trial. JUMP HEIGHT CARDS You are no longer required to send a copy of your dog s height card/form with your entry. However, please check the box on the entry form that states you need to be measured if this is necessary. Remember, it is your responsibility to carry your permanent card and or measurement form with you as proof of your dog s height. If you need to have your dog measured, this must be done BEFORE you run! (Regulations for Agility Trials, Chapter 2, Section 4) TRIAL SITE RULES NO DOGS ALLOWED TO POTTY IN THE BUILDING. Failure to observe this rule is subject to a bench hearing and immediate excusal from the trial for the balance of the trial days. NO DOGS OFF LEASH INSIDE OR OUTSIDE except in the ring or practice jump areas. No x-pens in crating area. SITE WILL BE CLOSED AND LOCKED within 60 minutes after the last run each day. No admittance to the site after that time PARKING: No parking is allowed immediately in front of the Arena. Parking is allowed in designated areas only. RV PARKING: RV Parking is allowed only with prior reservations. There are electric hookups available for a fee of $30/night. Limited Handicapped car/van parking please arrive early to obtain a spot. Contact the trial chair in advance for a reserved spot if needed. Please be considerate of the public restrooms. Trash cans are placed there for proper disposal of paper products. SORRY Dogs are not allowed in any restrooms at any time. Please crate your dog or have someone hold your dog for you while using the restroom. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CLEAN UP AFTER YOR DOG. If you are caught not cleaning up after your dog you may be asked to leave the site no refunds will be given. There is a dumpster next to the arena for disposal of garbage.

CLASSES AND DIVISIONS Class Levels Offered in Standard, JWW and FAST Classes Regular Novice A & B, Open, Excellent, Masters Preferred Novice, Open, Excellent, Masters Please see the AKC Regulations for Agility Trials for current class descriptions. Dogs must be entered only in Regular Classes or Preferred Classes with no crossover between them allowed at the same set of trials. HEIGHT DIVISIONS REGULAR PREFERRED HEIGHT AT WITHERS Handlers may opt to run their dog in a higher height division. Handlers must run their dog in their proper eligible height. Owners are responsible for entering their dog in the proper height division. 8 4 For dogs 11 inches and under at the withers 12 8 For dogs 14 inches and under at the withers 16 12 For dogs 18 inches and under at the withers 20 16 For dogs 22 inches and under at the withers 24 20 24C n/a For dogs over 22 inches at the withers. Regular Dogs may not be entered in this height if they are 22 inches and under. Dogs may be entered at this height at their owner s discretion if their measurement is 22 inches and under at the withers. Dogs who measure into the 24 regular jump height division may not enter 24-choice. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ENTRIES will be made as soon as trial closes or limits are reached. Acknowledgment of entries will include confirmation notices. CONSULT FINAL CONFIRMATION FOR TIME OF JUDGING AND SCHEDULE. DOGS This trial is open to all dogs fifteen (15) months of age or older that are registered with the American Kennel Club or that have AKC Limited Registration, Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP), AKC Canine Partners listing number (if the trial-giving club is offering the option of Canine Partners entries. See front page of the premium for that information), or approved Foundation Stock Service (FSS) breeds are eligible to participate. All American dogs that have been listed with AKC Canine Partners may participate if the trial-giving club is offering the option of mixed breed entries and provided their listing number has been recorded on the entry form. Dogs with a Purebred Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP) or an AKC Canine Partners listing number must be spayed or neutered in order to compete. Wherever the word dog is used in these regulations it includes both sexes. Dogs should be physically sound. Dogs that are blind or deaf shall not be eligible, and neither are bitches in season, aggressive dogs, or dogs suffering from any deformity, injury, or illness which may affect the dog s physical or mental performance. No dog shall compete if it is taped or bandaged in any way or has anything attached to it for medical purposes. Refer to Chapter 2 of the Registration and Discipline Rules for the listing of registerable breeds that may participate. Puppies under four months of age are strictly prohibited from the trial grounds. DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to judging, otherwise, they must be available for measuring before their class begins. ENTRIES NOT ON OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORMS OR PHOTOCOPIES OF ENTRY FORMS without the Agreement and Rules attached to the Official AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. ENTRIES RECEIVED WITHOUT FEES will not be accepted. ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of Trial Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management, it is impossible to open or to complete the match, no refund of entry fees will be made. ERRORS ON ENTRY BLANKS-Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after trial has closed. FAX, TELEPHONE AND UNSIGNED ENTRIES cannot be accepted. JUDGES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WAIT FOR DOGS. If you are not present when it is your turn, you will be marked absent. Day to day move-ups are accepted for up to ½ hour after completion of the last run. NO ENTRY SHALL BE MADE AND NO ENTRY SHALL BE ACCEPTED, WHICH SPECIFIES ANY CONDITIONS AS TO ITS ACCEPTANCE. RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. A charge of $25.00 will be made for each returned check. TRIAL COMMITTEE will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show. MOVE UPS As per Chapter 1, Section 20, American Kennel Club Regulation for Agility Trials, dogs may be moved up to a higher class, at the request of the Owner, as a result of qualifying for an agility title. Dogs so moved up will be entered at the end of the running order or otherwise at the secretary s or Judges discretion. EMAILED MOVEUPS: When emailing a moveup to us please just give the following information: TRIAL NAME, Owner Name. Dog Call Name, Move up for what days (Saturday, Sunday, etc.), Moving from, Moving to (PLEASE include STD, JWW, or FAST). NOVICE MOVEUPS: Dogs or Handlers having attained ANY AKC Agility Title (STD, JWW, OR FAST class) must be moved to the Nov B Classes (STD, JWW and FAST classes). PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS YOU REALIZE THAT A CHANGE IS NEEDED. This request must be made in writing at least 30 minutes before the start of the trial. This request must state the reason and justification for the change from Novice A to Novice B. The dog can also be moved up a level (Nov to Open) at the request of the owner subject to the normal move-up criteria. *Before the trial Move ups may be made prior to the moveup deadline via email to barc4agility@gmail.com or in writing to Jacqui O Neill, trial secretary, 30700 Wekiva River Rd., Sorrento, FL 32776. Verbal move ups will not be accepted. *Move ups for Friday are due in writing by Monday at 6 pm the week of the trial. MOVE-UP FORM ONLINE ENTRIES This trial is accepting online entries through LabTestedOnline.com. Go to http://www.labtestedonline.com to create a user account and add your dogs. Then look for the trial on your My Local Events page or search by state for (state). Click on the "i" information icon to the right of the club s name to create your entry. During the first 48 hours after opening, the initial limit of entries designated as either online or paper will be as follows: 50 runs online, 280 runs paper each day. If either form of entry has not filled at the end of the 48 hour time period, the club reserves the right to decrease or increase either one accordingly. PREMIER Premier is offered at this trial. To enter Premier your dog must have earned an Excellent level title in regular or preferred in whichever class you would like to enter. Dogs listed in the AKC Canine Partners SM program may be eligible to enter all-breed AKC agility trials at the club s option.
