The figure following each breed indicates the number of dogs, bitches and Best of Breed Competition, in that order. The Groups will be judged in the following order. Any change in this order will be announced at the show. Groups may be judged two at a time. NEW EXHIBITOR BRIEFING A New Exhibitor Briefing will be held. The briefing location and time will be posted at the Superintendents Table. Spectators are welcome to attend. Note: At the time of this printing there have been no judge changes. Best Puppy in Show Competition on Saturday RULES GOVERNING COMPETITION Puppy entries of both sexes entered in regular competition are eligible. No additional fee or mention on the entry form is necessary. Following normal Puppy competition, puppy class winners will return to the ring following Best of Breed competition where a Best Puppy will be selected. If a Puppy entry wins Best of Breed or Best of Winners that entry will automatically be Best Puppy in competition. The best Puppy in breed will proceed to the Puppy group. Groups are divided as they are in regular group competition. If a Puppy selected for competition in the Puppy group wins a regular Group One then that Puppy will automatically win Group One in the Puppy Group and competition shall be held for Group Two, Three and Four. This rule shall not apply if the judging of the Puppy Group has been held prior to the regular group judging. A ribbon will be awarded to each Best Puppy in Breed or Variety. The seven Puppy Group winners will compete in the Best Puppy in Show competition.

OFFICIAL NOTICE - CHANGE OF JUDGE Under Chapter 7, Section 13 of the American Kennel Club rules, the following judge changes are being made. The owner of each dog affected has the right to withdraw his entry and have his entry fee refunded provided notification of his withdrawal is received by the Superintendent no later than one-half hour prior to the scheduled start of any regular conformation judging at the show. Mrs. Smith will judge German Shorthaired Pointers, Flat Coated Retrievers and 13 Beagles in place of Mrs. Dillin.
