Stay on Hwy. 95 North through Payette. From the last stoplight in Payette (Fire station on the right), continue 3 miles north on Highway 95. Turn Left into K-J Ranch. I-84 from Oregon: Take Ontario exit 396B. Stay right onto Hwy 30 and cross the Snake River to Hwy. 95. Turn left onto Hwy 95 North through Payette. From the last stoplight in Payette (Fire station on the right), continue 3 miles north on Highway 95. Turn Left into K-J Ranch. Hwy 95 from Nevada: Stay on Hwy. 95 North through Payette. From the last stoplight in Payette (Fire station on the right), continue 3 miles north on Highway 95. Turn Left into K- J Ranch. Hwy 95 from Cambridge: Stay on Hwy. 95 South through Weiser. Go 7 miles, past the log home factory. After the onion packing plant, turn right into K-J Ranch. There will be signs for the trial. GPS is not accurate for directions most of the time. ALL DOGS PRESENT MUST BE HELD ON LEASH OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED EXCEPT WHEN WORKING STOCK. Under NO circumstance will dogs be allowed to disturb the resting stock or interfere outside the arena with another dog s performance in the arena. Any dogs aggressive to persons or stock will be removed. (See Chapter 1, Section 20 of the American Kennel Club HERDING REGULATIONS). NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED. Please bring your own chairs, shade, etc. Water and soda will be available for sale. All American Kennel Club rules regarding conduct will be strictly enforced. OWNERS OR THEIR AGENTS are solely responsible for the presence of their dog(s) at test/trial arena. Judges are not required to wait for dogs. RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. AGREEMENT I CERTIFY that I am the actual owner of the dog, or that I am the duly authorized agent of the actual owner whose name I have entered above, In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I (we) agree to abide by the rules and regulations of The American Kennel Club in effect at time of this event, and by any additional rules and regulations appearing in the premium list for this event and entry form. I (we) certify and represent that the dog entered is not a hazard to persons or other dogs. This entry is submitted for acceptance on the foregoing representation and agreement. I (we) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any providers of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near by any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I(we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless for any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog. I(we) will pay for any injuries or the replacement value in the event of serious injury to the livestock caused by my (our) dog.
