As you come to Notus look Left at Notus Rd; turn and go over RR and river south till it veers right and follow it right but not back left go straight. Road turns into Howe Rd and go approx 2 ½ miles and ranch is on Center Pt Rd. Turn right and you are there. White barn with red trim, hot walker. I-84 from Oregon way: Take Notus exit (Hwy 20-26) and go west; then follow directions above. Hwy 95 from Nevada: Coming off the Marsing summit into the valley, stop at the intersection of Hwy 55. Turn left and go through Marsing and over the Snake River. Then veer left going up the hill (Lizard Butte on top). Stay on the 4land road until it becomes 2 lanes and curves to the right. Curve Right and go about ¼ miles to a cross road at the post office on the left. Turn left and go about 3 miles till it dead ends. Go Left (upper Pleasant Rd) for about a mile. At Notus Rd turn Right and follow Notus Rd across the 4 lane highway (Simplot Blvd;Hwy 19) and continue on Notus Rd until it curves right. Go straightdon t curve right. Turn Left on Howe Rd and go aprox 2 ½ miles to Center Pt Rd and you will be at the ranch. ABSOLUTELY NO PUPPIES UNDER 6 MONTHS OF AGE ALLOW ED ON THE PROPERTY. ALL DOGS PRESENT MUST BE HELD ON LEASH OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED EXCEPT WHEN WORKING STOCK. Under NO circumstance will dogs be allowed to disturb the resting stock or interfere outside the arena with another dog s performance in the arena. Any dogs aggressive to persons or stock will be removed. (See Chapter 1, Section 20 of the American Kennel Club HERDING REGULATIONS). NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED. Please bring your own chairs, shade, etc. Water and soda will be available for sale. All American Kennel Club rules regarding conduct will be strictly enforced. OWNERS OR THEIR AGENTS are solely responsible for the presence of their dog(s) and at test/trial arena. Judges are not required to wait for dogs. RETURNED CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. AGREEMENT I CERTIFY that I am the actual owner of the dog, or that I am the duly authorized agent of the actual owner whose name I have entered above, In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I (we) agree to abide by the rules and regulations of The American Kennel Club in effect at time of this event, and by any additional rules and regulations appearing in the premium list for this event and entry form. I (we) certify and represent that the dog entered is not a hazard to persons or other dogs. This entry is submitted for acceptance on the foregoing representation and agreement. I (we) agree that the club holding this event has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any providers of services that are necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near by any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I(we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless for any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog.
