Changes, additions, or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing prior to close of entries. Illegible or incomplete entries will not be processed and will be returned to the exhibitor. Entries not accompanied by the correct fees, or a returned check, or a postdated check do not constitute a valid entry. A maximum of 10 entries per envelope is allowed. Envelopes with more than 10 entries and/or entries received prior to the opening date will be returned. Upper Snake River Valley Dog Training is offering a wait list to fill openings created by withdrawn entries after the trial s closing date/time. Any wait listed entry that does not move off the wait list into the trial will receive a full refund. No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. No entry fee will be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused, or barred from competition by the action of the Trial Committee. Dogs pulled after closing because of injury or other medical condition are not eligible for a refund. Bitches in season will be refunded the full entry fee. Notification in writing must be given to the trial secretary no later than one half hour prior to the start of the first class of the day of the trial. Upper Snake River Valley Dog Training Club may decline any entries for cause and may refuse to receive, or may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness, or other cause, and no one shall have any claim or recourse against USRVDTC or officials thereof. Move Ups between trials WILL be offered. The request for a class transfer must be in writing and presented to the trial secretary at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each trial. Transfers may be approved provided the class is available and has not reached its limit. Transfers are always a change from one entry into another. If a dog completes a title after the closing date and therefore becomes eligible for an additional class, these transfer provisions do not allow the acceptance of an entry into the new class while maintaining the entry in the original class. Such a situation is not a transfer, but is an additional entry, which may under no circumstances be accepted after close of entries. Upper Snake River Valley Dog Training Club is NOT accepting online entries. Please mail or email entries so that they arrive on or before closing.
