The Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA invites you to be a vendor at our 19th Annual Wiggle Waggle Walk on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Brookside Park at the Rose Bowl. As a vendor, you ll reach thousands of animal lovers and their canine companions who come together for a fun-filled community dog walk and family-friendly festival complete with vendors, entertainment, music, and contests. Your vendor fee will help provide food, shelter, veterinary care and much more to the thousands of animals who come through the Pasadena Humane Society s open doors every year. Founded in 1903, the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA is a donor-supported, nonprofit organization that provides animal care and services for homeless and owned animals in the Greater Los Angeles Area. The organization is dedicated to promoting humane treatment and compassionate care for all animals. The animals in our care come from our animal control contract cities, as well as partner shelters across the Los Angeles area and beyond. The Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA also offers lifesaving programs and services to the community that support the human-animal bond and keep pets in homes. Placement Programs: animals find homes through adoption, lost and found service and foster care. Wellness Services: affordable public spay/neuter clinic, low cost vaccination clinic, free behavior helpline Education Programs: children and adults learn about humane treatment of animals through workshops, obedience classes, speakers, seminars, events and camps. Helping Paws: outreach programs like mobile vaccine clinics and a food bank, to help pets and people going through difficult times. Field Services: Animal rescue, animal cruelty investigation, disaster response.

You do not need a sellers permit if you will only hand out prizes, promotional items, information or other giveaways. Wiggle Waggle Walk Vendor Rules & Regulations 1. Qualifications to Exhibit: The Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA reserves the right to remove, decline, or prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit, or proposed exhibit which, in its opinion, is not suitable to or in keeping with the character of the Wiggle Waggle Walk Family Festival. 2. Location of Exhibit: The Exhibitor agrees to confine his/her presentation within the contracted space only and to maintain a staff member in his/her booth space during Family Festival hours. The Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA reserves the right, at all times, to relocate an exhibitor as it shall deem necessary for the proper conduct of the Wiggle Waggle Walk Pet Expo. 3. Exhibit Installation and Removal: The Exhibitor agrees that no display may be dismantled or goods removed during the entire run of the Family Festival, but must remain intact until after the closing time of the Family Festival. The Exhibitor also agrees to remove the exhibit and equipment from the show area by the final move-out time. 4. Sublicense of Space: Space contracted by Exhibitor may not be sublet without prior written permission from the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA. 5. Use of Pasadena Humane Society Logo: Exhibitor may only use the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA logo with the express written permission of the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA. 6. Food and Beverages: All Exhibitors who intend to prepare, sell, or give away food and beverage items MUST comply with all City of Pasadena rules and regulations. The Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA will not be responsible for obtaining required permits or paying any required fees for the preparation, cooking, selling or giving away of food and beverage items. The Exhibitor agrees to produce a copy of any required permits and proof of payment of any required fees upon request application. The Exhibitor further agrees to hold The Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA harmless for any and all damages, fines, and/or penalties incurred as a result of a food and/or beverage Exhibitor's failure to comply with all City requirements. 7. Cancellation of Contract: The Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA reserves the right to terminate this contract and to withhold from the Exhibitor possession of the exhibit space if: (a) the Exhibitor fails to pay all space rental charges or (b) the Exhibitor fails to perform any terms and conditions of this contract, or (c) the Exhibitor fails to comply with all licensing requirements for the City of Pasadena. 8. Cancellation Policy: In the event an Exhibitor wishes to cancel prior to August 13, 2017 (six weeks prior to event) a refund of 50% of paid fees will be made upon receipt of written cancellation. No refunds will be given after August 13, 2017 9. Postponement or Cancellation by the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA: The Pasadena Humane Society reserves the right to postpone or cancel the exhibition at its discretion. In the event of such a cancellation, all monies will be refunded to exhibitors. 10. Insurance and Indemnification: The Exhibitor agrees to add the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA and the City of Pasadena as additional insured to any existing general liability insurance policy with a minimum liability of $1 million for the day of the event and to provide proof of said insurance, upon application. Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA reserves the right to require any vendor to obtain general liability insurance, and add Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA and City of Pasadena as additional insured, pursuant to the terms set forth above, for the day of the event as a condition of approving the application.
