THE NORTH ARKANSAS KENNEL CLUB, the Trial Secretary, Trial Chairperson, Event Committee, etc. assume no responsibility for the loss, damage, or injuries sustained by spectators, exhibitors, exhibitors property and their dogs, and further assume no responsibility for injury to children. DOGS NEED TO BE PRESENT for scheduled judging. Consult judging program for time of judging. JUDGES NEED NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG holding up a class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dog in the ring. MOVE-UPS WILL BE ACCEPTED PER AKC Regulations. Obedience and Rally Move-ups must be given to the Trial Secretary by 30 minutes before trial start time. JUMPS: Please put the jump height on the obedience and/or rally entry (if your dog is entered in a class with jumps). On Saturday and Sunday rally jump heights will be set lowest to highest. ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH OR CRATED except when being judged. BITCHES IN SEASON are not permitted in the trial. Entry fees for bitches that come into season after closing date will be refunded minus $5.00. A written statement from a veterinarian must be provided on or before the day of the trial. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED by an adult at all times. NO STROLLERS ALLOWED. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians recommendations to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations. There will be no concessions but snack type foods will be provided.
