This fee is collected by the show giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. ENTRY FEES shall not be refunded in the event the dog is absent, disqualified, excused by the veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of the Trial Committee. NO ENTRY FEES WILL BE REFUNDED if the show cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, strikes, or any other cause beyond the control of the management. OVERPAYMENT of less than $10/dog/day will not be refunded except at the exhibitor s request. BITCHES WHO COME IN SEASON after the closing date may have their entry fees refunded less $6.00 per class entered upon written certification by a veterinarian. Notification must be made to the Trial Secretary no later than 8:00 am the day of the Trial. OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE for errors in making out the entry forms, whoever may make such errors and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. NO ENTRY SHALL BE MADE and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any condition as to its acceptance. CGC & TRICK DOG TESTING POTC would like to offer you the opportunity to have your dog take the AKC Canine Good Citizen test &/or be evaluated for Trick Dog titles on Saturday during our Obedience and Rally trials. Pre-registrations will be given priority since testing time may be limited, and availability of the test session will be dependent upon reaching a sufficient number of pre-registered teams.
