Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event the dog is absent, excused, disqualified by a Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the show committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the management, it impossible to complete the show, no refund of entry will be made. Errors on entry blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whomever shall make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the closing date. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners/agents are responsible for having their dogs in the judging rings when classes are called.
