Rally classes that use jumps will run in ascending jump height order. Entries without jump heights will not be accepted. ALL DOGS MUST be on leash or kenneled unless showing in the ring. Greater Lincoln Obedience CLUB (GLOC) may decline any entries for cause and may refuse to receive or may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness or other cause, and no one shall have any claim or recourse against GLOC or any official thereof. No entry fees will be refunded if the trials cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbance, fire, an act of God, public emergency, an act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee. GLOC reserves the right to cancel these trials in the event of extreme weather conditions and no entry fee refunds will be made in such case. Bitches in season are not permitted in the Trial. One half of an exhibitor s entry fees will be refunded for bitches that come into season after the closing date, as long as the trial secretary is provided documentation from a veterinarian at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the day s judging. Attention Exhibitors The show site will be available to exhibitors one hour before the start of judging each day. The building will be closed and dogs must be removed from the show site each day within 30 minutes of the completion of judging. Please leave the motel and motel grounds clean. Any complaints from proprietors will be handled by the Show Committee. Telephone, email and unsigned entries cannot be accepted. Entries not on an Official AKC Entry Form and photocopies of entry forms without Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Make all checks and money orders payable to Greater Lincoln Obedience Club. Canadian exhibitors must make fees payable in US funds. Please mail checks or money orders with entries. Mail all entries to Polly S. Mumma, PO Box 8055, Des Moines, IA 50301. Entries received without fees will not be accepted. Acknowledgement of entries will be made as soon as practical. Unless an exhibitor specifically requests postal communication, submission of an email address on the entry form will serve as authorization to send communication, including entry confirmation via email. It is the exhibitor s responsibility to ensure that their email software will accept messages from polly@springertigger.com Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by veterinarian or judge, or barred from competition by action of Show Committee or AKC. The wellbeing of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance, and in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. Owners are responsible for errors on completed entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. Changes, additions or corrections to entry forms must be received in writing or email prior to close of entries. Those received by telephone are not acceptable. Post-dated and returned checks do not constitute a valid entry. A collection fee will be added to the amount of each returned check. No refund for duplicate entries. Care will be taken to find duplicates, however, if an entry has been processed, no refund will be made. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dog and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee be asked to leave the trial site. There will be no refunds of entry fees if a person is asked to leave the trial site. Dogs may arrive any time prior to their scheduled judging. Dogs not required for further judging may be excused. Judges will not wait for any dog holding up a class. Owners or agents are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. Class prizes will be distributed in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims must be made in the ring before the judging for that show is over, and the Secretary advised at once. All prizes must be claimed at the show. If not, they become the property of GLOC. No prizes will be mailed. GLOC reserves the right to substitute prizes with ones of equal or greater value. GLOC, the show secretary, members of the show committee, their agents, employees, etc. assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by spectators, exhibitors, handlers, their employees or children, etc. or to any of their dogs or property. Entrants and spectators to this show do so entirely at their own risk. This show is governed by The American Kennel Club. Exhibitors should read the AKC agreement on the entry blank in the premium list.
