NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS Entries close at Noon on January 10, 2018 Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by action of the Show Committee. BITCHES IN SEASON Entry fee minus $5.00 per day entered will be refunded for bitches that come in season after the close of the trial. The Trial Secretary must receive written notification no later than one half hour prior to the start of the first class of the day of the trial. ALL DOGS SHOULD BE PRESENT at least 30 minutes prior to Judging. The handler is solely responsible for having the dog at ringside. The steward will not search for you. Exhibitors will be responsible for picking up after their own dogs. Once identified, those who do not pick up after their dogs will be excused from the trial WITHOUT refund. Please help us keep the show grounds and motel grounds clean. CHILDREN must be accompanied by an adult and under control at all times. Anyone parking in show site parking lots must accept full responsibility for damages should this occur. Food will be available for a donation. Transfers After a dog earns a title in Obedience, it may be moved up to the next class in a future trial even though the closing date of the trial has passed. This transfer may be requested if, according to the owner s records, the dog has completed the requirements for the title after the closing date of the trial in which the advanced entry is to be made. The request for a transfer must be in writing and presented to the trial secretary for Saturday, January 27th, by Monday, January 22 by 6:00 pm. Transfers for Sunday, January 28th, must be submitted by the close of the trial on Saturday, January 27th. Transfers may be approved, provided the next level class and judges are available and the class has not reached its limit. NO TRANSFERS EITHER MORNING.
