Entries not on official AKC Entry Forms & photocopies of entry forms without the Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Incomplete includes failure to insert jump height in a class requiring it. No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. The club assumes no responsibility for a wrong entry. How to Use the Entry Blank: Use one entry blank per dog only if information is exactly the same for each day. Carefully check the box for each show in which you wish to enter your dog. A separate form should be used if the same dog is entered in different classes on different days. The boxes indicating the shows you wish to enter must be checked. Please TYPE or PRINT all information on entry forms. Please include a jump height. Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Judge, or barred from competition by action of Show Committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance and, in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion, no refund of entry will be made. Refunds for bitches in season will be given less $5.00 for administrative fees. Written notice must be given to the Trial Secretary at least 30 minutes before judging starts. Full refund for bitches in season if trial secretary is notified before the Monday preceding the event. Transfers will be permitted in accordance with Chapter 1, Section 16a of the Obedience Regulations. Please notify the Trial Secretary in writing as soon as possible, but at least 30 minutes prior to judging. 4
ADDITIONAL TRIAL RULES No set up for exhibitors before 12 noon on Thursday July 19, 2018. Dogs must be kept on leash except when in the ring or when in a designated warm-up area. There shall be NO drilling nor intensive or corrective training of dogs on the show grounds or premises. It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the trial site. In such case, no refund of any fees paid will be made. Consult Judging Program for time of judging. Exhibitors are responsible for having their dogs at ringside when it is their turn to be judged. Dogs not required for further judging may be excused after their class has been judged. In case of a tie for any prize, any dog that is not present for a run-off will forfeit its rights to the prize. No Special Award will be mailed or delivered. An exhibitor whose dog is eligible for a Special Award must be present or appoint a representative to accept the award. All awards, unless otherwise specified, are offered by TMDTC through the generosity of members and friends. All Class Awards will be awarded in the ring & all special awards will be awarded at the end of the trial from the trophy table. 5
SPECIAL TROPHY TOTE BINDER In order to save time and for the convenience of the exhibitors, TMDTC will use a tote binder to determine the winner of the Special Awards. IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY OF THE SPECIAL AWARDS, you must enter your armband number on the tote sheet for each award you are in competition for. Awards will be based on the information the handlers have entered on the tote sheets only. If you do not complete the tote sheet information, you will not be eligible for any of the Special Awards. Highest Scoring in Trial and Highest Combined Score are not required to complete the tote sheet. Exhibitors may inform the Trial Secretary of eligibility for an Obedience or Rally Medallion (Title completed) on the day of the trial. The location is on the right, approximately 1/2 mile. 1-80 East: Take exit #14 for Wells Avenue. Turn left at the bottom of the ramp and go under the overpass. The location is on the right, approximately 1/2 mile. The Trials will be located in the Exhibit Hall at the Reno Livestock Events Center, indoors on fully matted rings. RV Parking - For information on RV parking with full hook-ups contact the Reno Livestock Events Center at (775) 688-5752 RVs utilizing RLSEC must abide by the following rules: Totally self-contained RV parking is allowed for event participants Outlet electricity is not allowed. A free RV dump station is located at the end of the East lot at gate #5. Absolutely no dumping ("gray" or "brown" water) is allowed anywhere on RLEC Grounds except the RV dump station. Violators will be evicted from RLSEC grounds and be reported to Washoe County Health Department for tickets and fines.
