RIBBONS AND PRIZE AWARDS Qualifying ribbons will be awarded to dogs with qualifying scores for each Rally class. Prizes will be awarded in each ring upon completion of classes. Any Special Prizes will be awarded at the end of the Trial, at the trophy table, as the exhibitors present their related armbands. Prizes will NOT be mailed. Prizes not claimed will become the property of MADTA, and may be awarded for future Trial. Some Special Prizes require sign-up prior to exhibiting in class. An acknowledgement rosette will be awarded to each exhibitor completing their title at our Trial. ENTRY INFORMATION Entries close by receipt of Wednesday s mail, June 6th,, 2018 after which time entries cannot be accepted. No entry may be altered or canceled, unless a written notice is received by the Trial Secretary prior to the closing date. FRIST ENTRY: of a dog in a Rally Class $27.00 each Additional Rally entry of the same dog same trial $17.00 each JUNIOR ENTRY: for a dog in a Rally Class $14.00 Additional entry same dog $7.00 At every licensed or member club Rally Trial, a recording fee of $3.50 shall be required for the first entry of each dog and a recording fee of $3.00 shall be required for each additional entry of the same dog. *These fees are collected by the club giving the trial and paid to the American Kennel Club. (New AKC rule effective 9/1/2011) NO REFUNDS after closing date except for bitches in season; less a $5 per dog per class processing fee. Notification must be sent or given to the trial secretary prior to the beginning of the trial. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SIGNED! Mail entry with proper fees as per instructions on entry forms. Exhibitors should be present prior to class, and must report to the ring table upon arrival. Dogs must be at ringside when scheduled to be judged or risk disqualification. If you have a conflict with multiple ring entry times, notify the judges by telling the table stewards and wait for the judge s response. 2. Exhibitors must have their dogs use the identified Exercise Area outside the trial facility and clean up after their dogs should their dogs have an accident inside the facility. 3. No RV overnight parking available at trial site. Hotels and Motels in the area are located in the premium. It is recommended that you make reservations early. 4. Exhibitors are reminded to bring their own chairs. 5. A half hour lunch break may be taken by the Judges 6. The AKC Regulations state: All dogs must be on leash or confined to crates. Expect when being exercised or judged. PINCH collars are prohibited on the Trial Site. 7. Crates may be set-up in adjacent room only. No crates ringside. 8. Due to limited crating area only entered dogs will be allowed to be crated in the building.

(Event Class) Consult the classification in this premium list. If the event class in which you are entering your dog is divided, then, in addition to designating the class, specify the particular division of the class in which you are entering your dog, i.e., age division, color division, weight division. 4. A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for an event closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any event for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his/her name. State on entry form whether transfer application has been mailed to the AKC. (For complete rules, refer to Chapter 11, Section 3.) 5.
