There will be no doe and litter class. SHOW LIMIT If there are more entries than space will allow, those entries registering first will be accepted. Entries will be limited to 45 rabbits per person, and a total of 700 rabbits in the Youth/Open shows. FAIR PASSES One (1) pass per exhibitor per day of show will be allowed. NOTE: Passes are not needed for checking in or out. REBEL RABBIT BREEDERS CLUB SHOW There will be an additional ARBA all breed open and youth show hosted by the Rebel Rabbit Breeders. Judging for the Open show will take place Sunday, Sept. 9, 2018,12 pm and the youth show Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2018,10 am. All rabbits to be entered in these shows must be cooped for the duration of the Washington State Fair Open Rabbit Show. OFFICIAL ARBA SANCTIONED SHOW The Washington State Fair, a member of the American Rabbit Breeders Association, will hold its annual show Sunday, Sept.9 through Thursday, Sept. 13, 2018. The Rabbit Show will be governed by and run under the latest revised official show rules of the American Rabbit Breeders Association. Rabbit registration is not required to show in an ARBA sanctioned show. However, if an exhibitor wishes to register their rabbit, they must have the pedigree and a current ARBA card. OPEN CLASS RABBIT SHOW RULES ALL EXHIBITORS IN THIS SHOW AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING RULES: 1. The Rabbit, Poultry and Cavy Barn will be open to receive exhibits Sunday, Sept. 9, 2018, 6 8 am. No rabbits or cavies are allowed in the barn prior to 6 am. Entrance to the grounds is at the Barn Gate, off Fairview Drive. Late entries will not be accepted. Exhibitors must submit Vet check-in slip to the Superintendent of their Livestock Department in order to proceed to Livestock Barn. NO EXCEPTIONS. 2. Complete online entry carefully. Be sure to include the name of breed, the color variety, the class in which it is to be judged, sex, its ear number, and whether it is to be entered in fur class. (See step-by-step online entry instructions, page 4.) 3. Bucks are male rabbits. Does are female rabbits. Sections marked Senior, Intermediate, Junior and Pre-Junior are determined by the age and weight of the rabbit. Check individual breed standard. 4. Fur classes will be as listed under each breed (each have their own class numbers) plus normal white fur and normal color fur. All entries in fur and wool classes must first be entered in type class. ARBA Standard of Perfection rules apply. 5. A fryer pen will consist of three (3) rabbits, all the same breed and variety. Age limit is not over 10 weeks old, weight limit is between three and one half (3 1/2) and five and one half (5 1/2) pounds for each rabbit. Entries will not be dressed out. 6. Single fryers may not be over 10 weeks old, weight must be between three and one half (3 1/2) and five and one half (5 1/2) pounds. Entries will not be dressed out. 7. Roasters and Stewers - Entries must be entered in breed class. 8. Roasters - All rabbits in this class must be less than six (6) months of age, and must weigh between five and one half (5 1/2) and nine (9) pounds. 9.
