SHOW TIPS *Always try to help anyone who may need a word of encouragement or help. *Be sure to always fill out the entire entry form. It will help the show secretary prepare for the show. *It is best to enter on time. Late entries are accepted under limited circumstances. If you cannot attend the show, do not expect a refund on the entry. *Substitutions will be allowed if e mailed by April 16 for free. Day of show changes will cost $1.00 each. *Please notify the SHOW SECRETARY of any animals being scratched so cards may be pulled. *Take your rabbits to shows in the proper carrying cages. Cardboard boxes and make shift cages are not good. *Bring only your best animals to the show. If they are sick be sure to leave them at home. * Please leave your young bunnies (under 3 months) at home. *Make sure your rabbit has a legible ear tag or tattoo in the left ear or they will be disqualified. *Listen closely for your rabbits to be called to the table. After three calls your rabbits will not be judged. *Never try to influence the judge with comments you may be making while the judging is going on. *When your rabbits are being judged don t leave the table to go talk to friends. Stay and listen to the judge. She/he will be giving you information to help you in the future. *If a problem occurs listen closely and be positive and understanding. Opinions of others are as important as your own. *The judge is the authority for your entry. Discussing his call is not good etiquette. During a break in the show it is permitted to visit with him. *Exhibitors will be given their remark cards and ribbons at the end of the day. Please wait till all your entries have been judged to pick up cards. A show report will be mailed to each exhibitor later along with any Grand Champion legs. *The greatest possible care will be taken of all exhibits, but the management will not be held responsible for any accidents, loss, mistakes, or damage that occurs. The rabbits and cavies are entered at the sole risk of the owner. *Questions about these, please e mail Aggie Mowry at aarabbits@charter.net Remember: All children must be supervised by an adult.
