SHOW RULES All shows will be governed by the latest show rules of the ARBA and filing of an entry denotes acceptance of same. 1. This is a NO comment card show. Comment cards available for your use. 2. Per ARBA rules - All entries must be paid for prior to start of show. Entries, submitted by either USPS, email or phone will be considered entered in the show and must be paid for prior to start of show. "No shows" will be charged for all entries. If you need to withdraw animals do so at least 24 hours prior to show start. 3. Each animal/entry must have a legible, permanent marking or cavy tag in left ear. 4. Sponsoring club reserves the right to substitute or add judges without prior notice. 5. Exhibitors will be responsible to get their animals to and from the judging tables. Any animals not on the table after the second call will be scratched, entry fees will not be refunded. 6. Substitutions will be allowed only in the same class, sex, variety, group and breed per ARBA rules. These changes can be made at the show table provided the change is made clearly on the control sheets prior to the start of judging of the class. 7. No breeding of animals will be permitted in the showroom. 8. NO ANIMALS (other than rabbits or cavies) will be allowed in the showroom with the exception of service animals protected under the American Disabilities Act. Exhibitors with service animals are asked to inform the show secretary of their presence in order to ward off contrary actions by unknowing individuals. This is not required, just requested. 9. NO SMOKING and NO ALCOHOL will be allowed in the buildings. Smoking outside is permitted 25 from any doorway. 10. Sponsoring club will not be responsible for injury, possible theft or demise of any animal. Cages should be secured at all times. 11. Parents or acting guardians will be responsible for conduct of their assigned children. Inappropriate behavior, disrespect of animals, property or persons will result in dismissal from this show and forfeiture of all entry fees. Appropriate show locations are hard to find, please keep in mind that we may not be asked back if we do not practice good citizenship or good housekeeping skills. 12. No person, other than show officials, judges and clerks allowed behind the judging tables during judging. 13. This is a carrying cage show and all carriers for rabbits and cavies must have solid bottoms. The show committee requests that all carriers be placed on plastic floor covering. 14. Any emergency or problem not covered by these rules will be referred to the show superintendent, their decision will be final.
