Telegraph, Telephone, and unsigned entries cannot be accepted. Entries not on official AKC entry forms and photocopies of the entry form without Agreement and rules on reverse side of the Official AKC entry form are NOT ACCEPTA- BLE. Acknowledgment of entries will be made as soon as practical with tickets and/or identification card. The person accompanying the dog must show tickets of admission and identification before the dog will be received. A recording fee of.50 will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. This recording fee is to be collected by the Show giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the same show, the recording fee will be collected on the first entry only. (AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB rules, Chapter 14, Section 2) Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, excused by the Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by the actions of the Show Committee. Bitches in season are not eligible for competition and will not be permitted on the grounds and entry fees will not be refunded in any case. If, because of riot, civil disturbance or other acts beyond the control of the management, it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fees will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as, but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance and, in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the show before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. Dogs may arrive at any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. All dogs present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged. No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance.
