NOTICE TO ALL EXHIBITORS Crates only will be permitted in designated grooming areas. NO X-pens will be permitted under the grooming tents. No soft crated permitted. Pop Ups are permitted at the rings at least 15 feet away. Handicapped vehicles must have PROPER handicapped identification on the vehicle to have access to handicapped parking. The presence of the police or watchmen is as a courtesy to exhibitors. The clubs, their members, direstors, officers, agents, superintendent and the employees of the said kennel clubs and/or their superintendent or superintendents will nto be liable for any loss or injury which may be sustained through the disappearance, loss, theft and/or death caused by the negligence or carelessness of said kennel clubs, their members, directors, officers, agents, superintendents and/or employees by the negligence of their superintendent and/or superintendents or any person or by any other cause. Parking is very limited and will be STRICTLY monitored. Sugarbush Kennel Club, Inc. Overnight RV Parking is permitted only with a reserve reservation (see form elsewhere in premium list).any EXHIBITOR NOT COMPLYING WITH PARKING REGULATIONS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO RETURN OF ENTRY FEES. A $5.00 per vehicle parking fee will be charged to each vehicle entering the show grounds. The Event site RV area will be available for specialty participants at Noon on Thursday, August 24, 2017. The main area will be available after 3:00 P.M. on August 24, or as soon as the grooming and parking areas have been marked off, whichever comes first. 7

The Event site will be available on Friday from 6:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. There will be NO admittance after 10:00 P.M. until 6:00 A.M. Saturday. The gate will only be open from 6:00 A.M. through 8:00 P.M. Saturday- Sunday. RV's arriving after 8:00 P.M. may be directed to a TEMPORARY parking area until the next morning. There will be special unloading sites. Please follow directions posted and the parking attendants. Sugarbush Kennel Club, Inc. have the right to monitor the use of excess space (chairs and crates) under the grooming tent. Please be considerate of your neighbor. All vehicle traffic MUST be confined to marked roadways and all parking regulations must be observed. This is in compliance with the Cleveland Metroparks. Each exhibitor is responsible for keeping the area around his crates and/or vehicles clean at all times. Parents must be responsible for their children. Children must be kept under supervisiion at all times. Any dog left in an inappropriate situation in a car will be seized and the owners subject to legal action where appropriate. Ice will be available on the grounds. DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging will be excused. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The Show-giving club and the Superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring. No flexi-leads allowed on show grounds during show hours. CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent to be advised at once. The Super-intendent and Show-giving Club may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over. THE SHOW COMMITTEE/SUPERINTENDENT will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarians' recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations. Effective May 1, 2006 an administrative fee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of entries. As specified in Chapter 12, Section 4 of the AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows, information contained on the entry form is required to be published in the club's show catalog. This information is also subject to publication in other media. No gasoline or diesel generators are permitted inside any building or within 25 feet of any tent in which this dog show is conducted. 8
